I once had extended family gift me a copy of Elfen Lied, which looks like this.

I tried humoring the gift but the underage anime girl pisses herself on the floor and the angle shows her camel toe at one point.

I've never seen it so idk anything and just now watched a trailer but on imdb it says it's an 'adult animation' and it's like they live in some hole or whatever and crazy stuff happens.

Why not just make the characters be normal

Iirc it shows child nudity and scenes of severe gore of children, don't quote me on this because I haven't seen it but it's what I have heard from others talking about it. Someone also showed me a scene and it's nearly impossible to watch due to thr amount of detail
