The Charity

If he opens a company he doesn't have to own it, does he? Can't he use a proxy or a third party?
I'm guessing here, I'm not sure how it works.
It's possible to have a company as a non-managing owner and then pay someone to manage it, but this means surrendering control of the company. You are only an investor and can't tell the manager what to do, but the manager has a fiduciary responsibility to do what's right for the owner of the company. It's complicated and I'm not sure how often if ever it's actually used in practice.

I'm currently drinking but I've always wondered if Null could jew the system by claiming to develop (or just actually developing) a video game and using donations (or sales on something like Steam) to support the site. I know he's cooperating with someone in West Virginia for legal matters, so maybe this other person claims to be (or just is) the developer of the game, sells it and then the money is used to support this place. Instead of donating directly to Kiwifarms you go buy a copy of the game.

There's a lot of shit games out there that are shit but nonetheless make a lot of money. On the surface if it's just people supporting the development of My Little Madmin Can't Be This Cute: A Visual Novel then what grounds is there to deplatform it or deny it payment? You aren't funding the evil nazi gossip site, you are supporting indie video game development.

So, honestly, I'm at a loss. I don't have the clout to do anything about this and the organization I'm making to gain the clout in order to try and persuade the government to protect financial rights can't be banked, so I can't raise money, so I can't even effectively petition the government. I feel this rises to the level violation of fundamental human rights at this point, and there's nothing to be done about it.
I mean, you’ve had more of your rights violated than any trans “person” has ever had.
It doesn’t help. But, I dunno. It’s funny at least.

Just start your own bank bro.

Still not 100% sure why Null/KF specifically became a persona non grata for the big 4 when similair and worse sites are not, unless LFJ has buddies THAT high up
I don't think it was Brickface, not initially. Earlier in the site's history, as part of his campaign against the farms, Vordrak accused Josh of being a pedophile and running a CP ring, and one of Chris Chan's orbiters was a Fed. I may be mis-remembering the details (oldfags please correct me), but I believe Vordrak went so far as to harass Josh's mother's employers until she was fired, as well as any company providing service to Josh.

I would not be surprised if fallout from that is at least part of why payment processors consider Josh radioactive.

There was that, yes. There was also the crypto thing where, correct me if I'm wrong, but basically Josh tried turning the farms itself into a crypto farm, using computing power from everyone that looked at the site. That's why coinbase hates him, he got shoved off a cliff for that

Didn't TN pass a debanking law?

Yes, you're right. It was signed into law last year. I'm not sure the text of the law provides much practical protection though, since the financial institutions can just claim they used "quantitative, impartial, and risk-based standards" to make their decision. Maybe if lawsuits are brought they can be required to actually share the calculations they used? Dunno.

They won't even tell me what's wrong so I don't see the purpose in attempting again. I have no information, they won't tell me, and I can't compel them to tell me. Until someone somewhere does something I have absolutely no idea what these fucking vampire fucks want from me.
I can only assume they want you dead.

Because Liz Dong Gone runs a public relations management firm. If he can get us off the internet then he can then go and advertise to every dipshit celebrity that he can get their skeletons safely back to the closet for a fee.

I doubt your average tabloid is nearly as stalwart as Josh. Kill their hosting/payment processors and they are going to cry for mercy.

And Josh is the perfect target because he’s going to put up a defensive fight, never go on the offence. Imagine what would happen to LFJ if Josh went on Joe Rogan or any other large conservative-leaning podcast and talked about LFJ. Liz isn’t a well known public figure so the usual tactic of just waiting for someone to come along his Kiwi Farms thread isn’t going to work.
I said before months ago that to actually be successful or even get off the ground that Josh was gonna need to go on a media tour for the charity. Do all the interviews he can get in touch will all the talking head he can, even the ones he doesn't like. And I don't think he's going to be accomplishing anything with the charity until he does so.

The problem is that he's very socially cut off and people only refer to him when bitching about the farms or talking about sector drama. He needs to start really pushing the Internet freedom issue into the public and start reaching out to people.

Personally I think the OFCOM thing that just happened is an opportunity, if he's serious about this he's going to have to make the one concession and sacrifice he never wanted to do. He's gonna have to talk to the British.

Dankula, sargon, all the right wing, libertarian, freedom loving British talking heads and explain to them why fighting back and supporting initiatives like his charity is the only way forward, they are in a unique position where they are feeling that boot the most in the English speaking world.
Because Josh is a interesting guy. He would. He did Sargon for fucks sake. Who else on the mainstream podcast lineup could claim the honor of interviewing the "dark lord of the Internet"?
I don't know how Joe Rogan looks around for guests but the two biggest problem is that someone would have to talk to Rogan that recommended Josh as a guest and I can't think of anyone who could do that, also he only does live interviews and for josh to go from absolutely no public face for years to sitting in a room with Joe Rogan live in front of the biggest audience in America is a HUGE jump.

My neezy has been talking about losing weight to be taken seriously, but that's a nerve wrecking idea even if you aren't overweight.

It would take some bravery tbh, but he would be crazy to turn that sort of frankly unrealistic opportunity down.
We need rich friends
Pitch to that Jew that hates Ralph that giving Josh a bunch of money in a big novelty check would piss off Ralph endlessly.

Also I think he actually needs are influential or popular friends. He needs a bigger presence outside of his little world and he needs more sympathetic outsiders. The only people really outside the farms or the sektur that had had him on streams or for interviews were about tranny stuff if I remember correctly.

Let's say you created another charity, I heard Delaware is a good place to set up throwaway cheap 501c3, get all the banking etc. set up through that one with more vague goals and not your name on it, get banking etc for it, then run all fundraiser with the express goal for all money to be donated towards the Internet Preservation Society, which would make it legally binding the money has to go there (to avoid the impression of potential fraud)?

Should be legal as long as the 501c4 has tax exempt status, but better ask a lawyer how to set it up.

I only know this because several pro-Ukraine 501c3 were created in Delaware when I went looking for financials and if some retards from the Baltics manage to set up charities and get donation platform access and banking for them, you should be able to as well.

This is going to sound retarded, and to a certain extent it surely is, but...See if you can get Elon's attention. I KNOW, I KNOW, but still. People on Twitter who have succeeded in getting his attention on their plights have sometimes been able to get the right sets of eyeballs on those plights to resolve them. If you make it Twitter-related somehow (like wanting to use the upcoming X Money service), and if you got enough of the right big-named bluechecks to help you get his attention, who knows.

I was thinking a long the same lines... Maybe a famous investigative reporter or lawyer would take interest in this whole situation because it has potential to create a stir/buzz/publicity that they would definitely benefit from.

Idk, just spit balling here
