Could just do the same trick some 'women-owned' businesses do by having some token female (typically the wife of the real founder) formally established as the head of the company. My admittedly half-baked thought was that if X was to significantly signal-boost Null’s posts about this, and the public became more aware, companies might feel, not a sense of shame (these people are incapable), but more of an obligation to stop fucking with him without even justifying their actions. The DOGE team members might be sympathetic enough to be able to make Elon take an interest.

Of course in my personal dreamland Elon would crack open the payment processing cartel with a competitor that didn’t punish people for legal speech. He’s one of very few people with the money to do it.

We know he says he’s big on free speech. Stranger things have happened. Whoever thought he would have actually bought Twitter? I know I didn’t, I thought he was just trolling. Then he did it and BAM I got my accounts back.

the problem is Null isn't the most charismatic or likeable guy, as much as we all hate the babylon bee, they built up quite a contact list before they got banned from twitter, which helped them greatly. Null openly hates going on other people's podcasts and has said he'd only appear on Joe Rogan's, even hating on Theo Von and Shane Gillis' podcasts when both have been great avenues for similarly blacklisted people to say their peace and end up getting not as debanked as they were previously.

Is there any hope for working locally? I think generally speaking the public is quite sick of government sanctioned oligopolies controlling peoples ability to collect and manage their wealth. With the U.S's current political space currently in flux and rapidly aging it might be worth trying to make some connections with city, county, or state legislators that would have sympathy for the plight of free speech on the internet. Of course, the key issue of the Kiwi Farms reputational bankruptcy still remains a roadblock and some kind of public re-framing might be in order. Maybe more focus on the forums phenomenal detective work that has helped jail sexual sadists and devious druggies and less focus on the casual ability for users to yell niggerfaggot without a passing glance.

I hate to say it, but talking to j**rnalists might be worth something at this point. Some of these complicated work around solutions like foreign entities or having some other retard get payments on behalf or something don't address the core issue.
Like @Lokenstien says, the website has an extremely poor reputation with basically everyone who knows about it that doesn't actually use the forum. I know that there has been some attempts at improving our public image, like with promoting the use of phonebooking instead of dahxing when discussing the research that is done here. Moving our public perception to something positive is probably nigh impossible, but making our reputation less bad is always a good thing.
If you can get even one relatively 'respected' journo to run your story in a positive light (I like the greenwald recommendation), I would wager it would help your reputation and ability to exert influence.
With something like this, connections are probably the only way forward. Esoteric lawfare should only be a last resort. Send messages to every journalist who even has the slightest chance of running your story, call every single relevant politician, local, state, federal. Respectfully annoy everyone you can that might be able to help until they either do or tell you to fuck off.
