People want to have fun. The dentractors have fun with bloodsports, and having the streamer embarrass themselves for their amusement, much like Kingsly does.

Everyone else has fun by clowning on Phil in a light-hearted fashion and occasionally getting mad at him and yelling at him, or making edits and AI videos of his wife blowing up.

And the overwhelming majority of detractors fall into that camp, and do not care about whoever wings007 is calling a pedophile today, or whoever Kingsly is running a victory lap on in his echo chamber.

It's probably just that DSP is boring as fuck, especially since everything has been revealed. I don't follow Ralph extremely well but he does seem to have a penchant for causing and following drama so maybe it's just a way for people to gradually diversify away from DSP.
More than a few people can tell that DSPs income is fucked since KC went away so there are probably some serious questions about the longevity of DSP.

I mean it says a lot that people have to create drama between themselves that has almost nothing to do with DSP in the first place (DSP is boring so who can blame them)

I'm not the biggest fan of Steve, but this was his "side-project" while he was bedridden for the better part of a year post-surgery. It's not like he had many better things to do anyways.
