Juju's studio is so small that not only you can see they all going into each other frames but you can literally see Juju's baldspot.
Three fat greasy pederasts in some disgusting fart closet "studio" the size of a shoe box. Imagine the stench.
That's what I meant by benign, it's not going to kill you by itself, you'll just live long enough and die of something else since it usually only shows up when you're pretty old to begin with.
It's not what benign means, though. Benign means "not cancer" by definition.

But yes, there are "benign" tumors that will kill you fast, and "cancer" that won't kill you at all.

He's looks AWFUL, if I didn't know who rekieta was, I would assume this is a Female-Male tranny. Dear God.
He's got that same douchebag dudebro aesthetic as Ellen Page. Both are basing their entire personas off the twisted caricature of what they think the ideal man that's cool and strong is because they're both mentally-ill freaks. Ellen at least has a good reason for being so, meanwhile Nick completely ruined his mind, his life, and his family for nothing but his own pleasure.

Imagine being Ethan Ralph.
Juju would rather let a child endangering swinger cuckold skelly freak into his shack near his Hulagirl86 carrying his heir daughter than the Ralphamale who has never been convicted for felony drug possession and he's also the better courtroom operator.
SAD and PATHETIC. It's not about drugs or drunkenness. Juju sees piggytits as IRRELEVANT.

Especially when, as the time came for choosing sides, Rackets went ahead and punked him like this:

Shartgate all over again. Ethan: you know what to do.

Similarly, Nick thought it wise to do the very thing that MAPton has repeatedly threatened to sue Aaron for, but this time with a defendant that actually has money to go after, if Monty doesn't pick the bones clean first for the last time Nick made this same mistake:

Why would anyone ever expect loyalty from a cuck?

HOLY FUCK. Can we just pause on this?

Two days after his coke stream with kids in his home and a black eye, he and April hadn't slept all night, and he was getting into a car with his kid!!!! And he's PROUD OF IT.

@Null I'm sorry, can you get Hardin on this? Somone needs to alert the prosecution on his MULTIPLE oh so HILARIOUS moments of his pride in his drug use post-arrest. I'm not allowed to do so.

??? I'm not touching this shit, what the fuck are you expecting me to do? Pay an attorney to force the prosecution in a foreign state to retract his plea deal? Do it yourself, why the fuck do I have to do something?

@Melty Butter
Your heart is in the right place but it's not one of those cases (like zoosadists) where Kiwis, or Internet users in general, can help.

I wanted to write that the state of Minnesota failed the kids... but realistically what could they do? Ironically, here Nick is right - law isn't prepared for someone 'like him'. When there's an immediate physical danger to kids the state can take them and put them into a horrible foster care system.

Here Nick's parents have enough resources for legal representation, etc. and he can pass his 90 day probation.

Yet the whole world (that includes KF, Kayla's family, church and judicial system) can see Nick's a ticking lolcow bomb. It's going to end badly.

The irony of someone - someone who's never done a full day of worthwhile, honest work in his life, failed at every opportunity for either real work or "lucky break/ right place, right time accident," and could only afford his "Minnesota 80s standard decor" house in Bumfuck because his mommy stood the cash - looking down his long nose at people who do their real, public service, jobs with diligence and care. No, Nick, even a "jealous" poor rube or vindictive social worker can see you live and force your children to live in an abused shit hole of a place and that you are a hot mess who cares about nothing and no one.

Eta: in the bit of the Dax show I nearly fell over with boredom watching last night, this same Nick seemed astounded that his former acquaintances dumped him and haven't come back crawling. He really is delusional.
Nick's living in a fantasy world where he didn't self sabotage his entire life and he's actually earning money

I get that. I'm as cynical as anyone on this thread.

My issue is that he has repeatedly violated laws and rules since the arrest, and it would take only one filing by Kristen Pierce to Judge Wentzell with CLIPS and screenshots to demonstrate this fact. This is important now more than ever, considering the plea is not finalized.

If I were a Judge in Kandiyohi County, namely Judge Wentzell, I'd want to know these facts before rendering my judgment on (adjudicated!!!) probation or (outside chance) of throwing out the plea deal.

Off the top of my head, Nick's violations:
  • Witness tampering/intimidation (Aaron Imholte, Dan Sletta, JaymeLee Wright)
  • Almost certain drug use in LA
  • DEFINITE whippet use with April
  • Public disparagement of multiple public workers
Is County Attorney Pierce busy with meth and trailer park trash cases? Probably.

Does this absolutely suck with 5 kids in the mix as Nick worms his way around the system and gloats about it? DEFINITELY.

Rekieta has good reason to look down on people. I mean he won lolcow of the year back to back! Who else could say they managed to accomplish something so prestigious and unheard of! A lot of people said it was rigged especially with BossmanJack at the height of his power but he proved to the haters that he deserved that title by coming back with another win the next year.

It’s what the creepy gooner dreamed of between becoming a male cheerleader to touch girls and force women (and men) to strip to their underwear to entire his dorm room!

Pedantry: Nick and Kayla being tested on the 30th doesn't mean the children were also tested on that day. But it is still unlikely that he could have known test results on the 28th because that's right after Memorial Day, and the children were removed on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. Leaves very little time for collecting samples, sending them to the lab, testing, retesting, writing up the results, and informing the court.

Good catch, they could have been tested earlier, between the 23rd to the 27th. Due to three days of weekend/holiday, this leaves the 23rd, 24th and morning-afternoon of the 28th.
That is a total of ~<50 hours to run the entire thing. I don't think any lab is able to rush a test like that.
Possible? Yeah... oh wait.

:really:

The scientific issue, as I understand it, is that curly hair (read: blacks, usually + some whites) is more porous and therefore more absorbent.
Without looking up anything because I'm feeling burnout, I would assume curly hair is also easier for contaminants to adhere too, and consequently this applies to sweating as well.
Either way, a good cleaning protocol should eliminate this problem. Unless an ungodly amount of cocaine was deposited, neither cocaine itself nor its metabolites should come anywhere near 5000.

Look at Nick's eyes. I hope he doesn't have any drug tests in the near future.

Nick is a somewhat exceptional case:
1) Financial failure and not being able to work catches up to most addicts. But not Nick because of grandpa's money.
2) For most addicts, the wife/mother eventually divorces the druggie and walks away. But Kayla is such a stupid, lazy scummy selfish whore that I have little doubt that she will stay with Nick no matter what he does. Her own children mean literally less than nothing to her. Her church, her children and her family meant less to her than Nick does while he has always been clear about how little she means to him.
3) Nick parents will do anything to enable him and his behavior. Because they care more little Nicky and his feelings than about the well-being of their own grandchildren. The CPS case generally showed that they will enable Nick no matter what he does and no matter what the consequences of what he does.

CPS can't deal with a situation like this where there is a wall of both money and family enablers surrounding the parent/addict. The best solution in cases like this is for someone like Nick to either spend time in prison or harm himself to a point where he medically away from the family for a while. Nick getting away from the family is the only way things are likely to improve at all.

There is really no hope whatsoever for Nick IMO. He is an all-out addict and he is going to keep abusing until he either dies or ends up a full medical retard. Wrecking his body meant nothing to him. Neither did getting arrested. If he goes to prison, IMO that will not phase him in the least either.

Either Nick was giving cocaine to his kid or he was leaving it everywhere and letting her make snow angels in it

One is only marginally better

Also, if after a phone call, the lawyer decides he's not equipped to defend 1 oz of cocaine possession, child endangerment and illegal gun possession FOR FREE, that's not an ethics violation.
According to DUIGuy, he actually retracted the offer after Nick (by his behavior) was very clear on publicly talking about his case and making it worse for himself through not shutting the fuck up.

Nick claiming he was committing an ethical violation through retracting an offer to represent him (almost like how Nick retracted the permission he gave Elissa to clip him, funny and weird) is nothing compared to the headache of trying to advocate for another attorney who'd refuse to shut the fuck up at every step of the way and disparaging your (now former) friends (despite being literally educated on it being the best practice to shut the fuck up) outside of you (as an attorney and not his fucking parent) personally taking his electronic devices and breaking his fucking jaw.

He makes an effective defense impossible. And it was being offered for free. @Potentially Criminal as a defense attorney would probably tolerate a lot if he was getting paid for all of it. I don't think he'd tolerate a client (who is also an attorney) actively making his case worse because of an incorrect belief he's the smartest person in the room.

Searching the transcript for 'Aaron', 'revenge', and 'porn' brings up no mention of the legal case. Aaron's deal is probably real, because whenever Nick loses big, he just stops talking about it.

- 15m: he starts whining about not being allowed to drink and how forbidding him the use of mood-altering substances doesn't make sense because sugar and caffeine are still allowed.
- 55m: Nick claims that "exposure" on one of his livestreams was worth $50-70k. Says the other lawyers were a "nice sounding board" but he could have done it with anyone. He's more successful because he's not a legal autist.
- 1h18m: another lengthy retelling of the arrest story with additional details
- 1h35:m Mentions Pomplun by name, points out that another officer is FAT, tries to make the police look stupid and vindictive
- 1h40m: bodycam footage is good, but not in Nick's case, because it is "narrated by a biased narrator"
-1h42m: didn't stream because of personal issues, wants to come back bringing good energy, will go back to Trump streaming
- 1h45m: same old hair follicle test cope
- 2h4m: loves his mugshot, thinks he looks like Nicolas Cage in Raising Arizona
- 2h8m: Nick gives his expert opinion on why Yellowflash's comic won't be good. His arm is shaking like crazy, crosses his arms to make it less obvious.
- 2h10m: Nate The Lawyer; what Nick meant by giving people a gift was to go to their streams and give them superchats: "It's a couple hundred bucks that I wouldn't give anybody else!"
- 2h11m: some people he still likes told him he really fucked up, but the government took his keeeds, so none of that matters anymore, go away!
- 2h13m: seething about DUIGuy for making him look bad in public:"Ethics violation!"
Thanks that is a wonderful breakdown of events!

Nick claiming he was committing an ethical violation through retracting an offer to represent him
Imagine what actual information Nick presented Larry (DUIguy) with when the offer of representation was initially discussed.

"Nono, the search was totally illegal and they lied to get it!"
"Without the search warrant they got nothing. It will be super easy to toss!"

Then the documents were released and the truth was something entirely different.
Would you want to represent someone for free who was straight up lying all the time?

They both dodged a bullet. Also, why would anyone represent Nick for free when he is raking in hundreds of thousands of dollars in youtube superchats every year?

Yet the whole world (that includes KF, Kayla's family, church and judicial system) can see Nick's a ticking lolcow bomb. It's going to end badly.
You're 100% right, from what we've seen post arrest (and even now) Nick sees this lifestyle as the "New Normal". The only way to get clean, stay clean and become a decent family man again is to get away from the clubs and sex resorts where it's almost impossible to avoid drugs. It's only a matter of time until something goes very wrong (again).

Listen, I've been focusing on my career a bit. But if you faggots turned into cop cock sucking niggers, something has gone very wrong.
