Imagine being proud of your mugshot.

When you think you're being unjustly persecuted by the state, your mugshot can seem like a badge of honor.
Sometimes, you're right about it... and other times, you're Nick.

Trump's mugshot didn't make him seem like a piece of Junkie white trash in a wifebeater who looks like he could literally be one.

At least if you fuck Gollum, you get the exclusivity of being the only person who's fucked Gollum. If you fuck Lady Rackets it just means you're a resident of the State of Minnesota or Jamaican.
I couldn't find the figure just for the Gollum cost of Peter Jackson's LOTR but it's in millions of dollars to shoot. Minnesota Gollum cost $50 to shoot.

Well, because....

1) This is personal for you (well documented).
2) Hardin has done 1-2 filings in this case on your behest for the bodycam. Nick's spoken extensively about details of said bodycam on this stream, including cop misbehavior.
3) No one else will do it.

Or don't. Anyway, I'm glad you're here and paying attention. "Peace"
Hey Not-Cynthia, your "the farms needs to do what I want" is showing again, go take a nap and let the franzia out of your system.

Very proud. He's tweeting about it.

Nick being salty towards DUIGuy is just him eternally looking to blame absolutely everybody except himself for his own fuck up.
Larry Forman is interesting.

Kentucky-based, IIRC, he's a Russian Jew who came over as a kid or a teen. He's publicly sober after struggling with addiction at some point. Anyone who followed the Depp Heard case closely will remember his flamboyant theatrics in line, trying to get into the courtroom (and getting into a little trouble by paying people to hold his space). He's intense and funny. My understanding is that his record on DUI cases is/was extraordinarily good because he knows a lot about how alcohol metabolizes (that word again). Cops often delay the breathalyzer to increase the readings so, for borderline results, he got plenty of cases thrown out.

When he initially offered to represent Nick I was a little horrified, and relieved when he withdrew the offer.

He is very good on the technical side and in the videos he published on Youtube showing his cross of officers he got them on technical terms, outdated training certificates, badly written reports and other technicalities often caused by lazy or incompetent police work by rural small town cops. Which is exactly what you would want someone to be good at if you get caught by a Trooper eyeballing your speed and making up excuses to stop you or look into your car.

If Nick's case had been something like that I think he could have done well, but the case was nothing like that and a 26g felony charge was likely a bit much for Larry to run the case pro-bono for PR purposes.

If he had actually represented Nick it would have turned into an absolute PR nightmare for him.

Imagine being a Youtube lawyer with a relatively big social media presence and you would be forever tied to the guy who's daughter tested positive for cocaine and then lied about it over and over and over.

- Nick talks about his bodycam footage and how the police were making commentary on how big his house was out of jealousy and how they would have taken better care of it. This proves how bad they all are
Nicks upper middle class Houston background showing itself again.

He was totally the kid in school who tried to bribe his way to attention by bragging about all the cool toys he had.
But it is unprofessional. There was no need to make a big show about both potentially repping Nick pro bono for clout, then later decline to rep Nick while making commentary about the merits of Nick's case. Ideally, you would do all of that behind the curtain. Definitely not best practice.
I’m shocked, shocked and outraged that a guy who makes a living of getting drunk drivers off in court would be anything but a shining example of legal ethics!
That said, Larry appears to be a great attorney who has gotten a decent number of Ws. He also has rolled his efforts into a real estate or title company AFAIK.
I mean if I ever was caught boozing and driving, Larry would definitely be one of the first lawyers on my list.

He may be a shyster, but he’s good at what he does, from what I’ve seen.

Maybe I have a bit of a soft spot for the way he was shanked in the back by that blonde chick and her simps during the Depp trial.

Had Melton been on, this podcast would have be clinically guaranteed to make everyone watching hate white men.

When you think you're being unjustly persecuted by the state, your mugshot can seem like a badge of honor.
I guess it's appropriate that his expression screams "whatever, mom."

He withdrew his offer after the CHIPS report came out. He probably thought it was just a simple possession case before then, and didn't understand the depths of Nick's depravity.

Again, that report borked Nick harder than anything else. He'll never live it down. Even other current and recovering addicts look down their nose at him.

It's always so funny when she outs herself again. This time she even got Null to call her a retard.
Cocaine with Juju is a good start. You think Vito pissed on our wife like he does his own retard whore?

If you win for a slimeball that's not going to harm your reputation, at least not to the people actually paying you.

The thing is Nick is such a control freak, and simultaneously an incompetent moron, so he'd insist on micromanaging everything and forcing his lawyer to file utterly moronic shit. Looking like a total moron filing moronic shit would hurt his reputation more than his client being a POS.
