The Charity

I know this may sound radical, but maybe dropping a line to a friendly (or friendly as can be) media organization/journalist might be a way to amplify your grievance to a wider audience. Generate a press release, take out an OPED in some mainstream newspaper, spoon feed the issue to an uninformed audience. Maybe even stoke the fear that this could happen to them as well.

Just a though. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

iirc wikileaks accepted donations via a trust with a law firm or nonprofit.
Of everything floated so far, establishing a Trust with a politically friendly, big fish law firm sounds the most muscular while still being plausible and Made in America.

A firm big enough and litigious enough that the processors won't bother with the cost of harassing them to get at the charity, placing a крыши над головой. That is how it works in the other oligarchies, no? A gang/ally that can easily shelter you pro bono, and will do so because you are a thorn to their enemies.

Then it just becomes a question of which firm.

but talking to j**rnalists might be worth something at this point
If he's going out-of-the-box like that I'd recommend Issac Simpson. On paper he sounds like kryptonite; half-Jewish, lives in LA, and works in branding and marketing. But he's on the Right (on the record explicitly saying Whites have the right to form their own ethnostates) and he's talked to many deplatformed people. Being on his podcast would put Josh on the radar of a lot of other successful free-speech right wing people (with resources).

I think jersh is also weary of becoming another partisan martyr of the week. But exposure is exposure, I guess.
Going that route and tangling himself up with one specific side is also a risk when the overall wind changes again.
More palatable and less extreme Joe Rogan types of guys seem like the best case. I do think there's a slim chance he could even get on there.

Really sucks that the dumb cunt marjorie taylor greene took the bait on blaming the site for that threat a while back, because it probably ruined any potential positioning the website could have done to secure support from the admin.

At this point, its gonna take some trump adjacent farmer to put in a good word, and i don't see that happening. Only thing i could think of is raising the issue in elon's twitter mentions, and hoping he sees one and goes to bat for us. (specially with his son going on hasan this week.) Hes probably at peak seething right now. Food for thought.

My suggestion is with regards to expanding his network of useful contacts, not his patronage.

ie. someone, somewhere, will know how to get him out of his current jam - so he should announce his problem in a room full of those people.

It was surprising that MTG did not get a defamation lawsuit or at least a public retraction request with the retard war fund.

What are the chances of a BTC-based triangulation of donation funds? Would they revoke the charity status for it?

So, honestly, I'm at a loss. I don't have the clout to do anything about this and the organization I'm making to gain the clout in order to try and persuade the government to protect financial rights can't be banked, so I can't raise money, so I can't even effectively petition the government. I feel this rises to the level violation of fundamental human rights at this point, and there's nothing to be done about it.
It's sad to see this positive highlight and then the immediate highlight afterwords is this post...

LOL because the (literally only other) side, the one that has spent the last *checks notes* entire time since before the website even existed doing everything they can to get it deleted from existence, will get even more upset and further reduce their support (from minus literally infinite) from the tranny murder site.

are you retarded or just really stupid? let me know because I'll type slower if i'm speaking to a disabled and not just a moron.

On the surface if it's just people supporting the development of My Little Madmin Can't Be This Cute: A Visual Novel then what grounds is there to deplatform it or deny it payment? You aren't funding the evil nazi gossip site, you are supporting indie video game development.

The second Null says "hey I'm selling a game on Steam", the tranny brigade will harass Valve employees until his account is closed. Steam is developer-friendly, but Valve isn't a big free speech absolutist organization. They aren't going to go to bat for KF, especially if one of the usual "Trust and Safety" types is the one making the call.

It might be worth an experiment, if Null can get someone to develop a plausible game for him without spending too much of his own time. But that's more of a fundraising effort, not an ongoing revenue stream, which is what USPIS needs. If you wanted to mimic that you need a Battle Pass, or loot boxes, which would be very funny but might invite more legal scrutiny.

Steam has done a pretty good job resisting cancel culture. Gaben (the CEO) personally re-instated Hatred and apologized to the devs for taking it down. It's still on Steam today. They did take down that one gladiator game but IMO he was a culture war grifter who took a shit on their rug (forums, I think?) to try to save his game by whining about cancel culture.

I think that if Null actually wanted to sell a game on Steam, under his real name, he could, so long as it was a good faith game and not associated with the forum/Lolcow LLC directly.

The problem is that "good faith" is subjective, and who gets to define it? Redditors. Never go full Reddit. There is a lot of wiggle room in how to define associated with the forum, it would be a piece of gay cake to cuck on that compared to the gymnastics Matthew Prince needed to conjure an "imminent threat to human life". I'd give it better than even odds Valve wouldn't cuck if he did it after closing the farms, however. Not that that helps:/

I think it's a terrible idea, but easily more likely to succeed than most of the ideas here, unfortunately. That's not a dig at you all; it's just a really fucked situation.

I don't know about non-profits, but LLCs can be anonymous in Wyoming so perhaps you can incorporate UPSIS there (with another name and logo as to avoid identification) and then receive funds through it.

there is absolutely nothing about banking that is anonymous. i literally did a webcam kyc goy dance with a real person on google meets for Anedot.

also 501(c)(4)s require a 3 person board publicly filing together.

It seems historically when people get backed so far into a corner they have no civilized recourse left available the winning move is a more active form of protest.

It absolutely doesn't need to involve people getting hurt (see killdozer) or even the actual destruction of property (see people dumping soup on famous paintings and glueing themselves to the walls) to draw massive attention to an issue.

I'll bet someone could make national or even global news for a while doing something stupid to the constitution in the national archives during viewing hours, and it's probably locked down well enough that nothing done to the case would actually damage the documents themselves for example.

I wonder what the prison sentence for something like that would be if anyone at the end of their rope were foolish enough to do something extremely provocative to draw attention to their niche issue most people don't know about. I think the painting people got two years. Prison is a wonderful place to lose weight and get in shape I've heard, incidentally.

The biggest long term issue is once you're a felon you become a social pariah and get roundly excluded from interacting with society in very basic and fundamental ways it must be intolerable. What law abiding citizen could know what that's like??

we're gonna build a kiwifarms killdozer that only attacks clincs that offer tranny surgery to children
