I don't think he would have got a TRO in that situation and certainly not one as broad as that. The legal cases against Nick and the plausible possibility of Aaron being a witness against Nick would have made most judges completely unsympathetic. The same problems which seem to have sunk the RP case would have made it difficult to get a TRO. Also, even going into court to get a TRO would have involved alot of embarrassing information being disclosed.

He would have been better off all along ignoring Aaron entirely.

Obviously this would not have impacted Aaron's ability to testify against them in legal proceedings.

At least trying that would have made sense. Going to the police to bitch and moan and get Aaron charged with a felony was just dumb.
