The Charity

there is absolutely nothing about banking that is anonymous. i literally did a webcam kyc goy dance with a real person on google meets for Anedot.

also 501(c)(4)s require a 3 person board publicly filing together.
Can you just set up a bank account, in an state with legal protections, and solicit direct bank transfers? Yeah, it’s probably 10 x shittier than using a payment processor and you will get less donations but it’s also 1000 x more likely to actually work.

Or does blacklisting by payment processors lock you out of even opening a bank account?

Edit: fucking lol direct transfers cost a shitload and even the ACH is operated by a private network. America is such a 3rd world shithole.

The only solution I can think of is offshore banking. Switzerland, Jersey, Luxembourg... wherever.
I know a couple of people who work in banking in Jersey actually 🤔.
Jersey is basically UK-lite though, so I doubt Josh would want to bank there.

I'll bet someone could make national or even global news
Civil disobedience narratives we learn in school tend to gloss over the fact that you need a propaganda apparatus in place to get your narrative out there for this to work: sympathetic journos/politicians/etc. If we had that apparatus, there would be better ways to use it. If Killdozer guy accomplished his goals, it was because they were local and personal. If he sought systemic change, I don't think he got it.

I do agree that if the average person actually understood debanking/deplatforming and its true implications in detail it would generate some outrage, but the news coverage wouldn't even mention that; it would blame it on incels, extremism, or some other pro status quo narrative. You'll have all the site's current enemies plus those who benefit from the status quo reframing it as terrorism. If no one gets hurt, the difference between terrorism and activism is how the news covers it. Go read our Wikipedia page for a preview of that -- lies repeated often enough become fact.

Even if we did get our sympathetic outrage, you need to organize to harness it; normal people have a lot of problems in their lives and attention will quickly move on. You need sympathetic politicians to pass "Josh's Law" that guarantees access to financial services and quality cheese nationwide. It's more likely that AOC and MTG team up to pass a bill of attainder convicting him of "stochiastic terrorism".

Basically you need USIPS to get USIPS.

EDIT: The System's Greatest Trick by Ted Kaczynski is worth reading to better understand the dynamics around activism.

Null's comments on his 3/28 stream about how the Internet is getting smaller and smaller because of consolidation by giant conglomerates and retarded legislation/high costs of hosting services is pretty accurate. We are essentially at a retarded point in history where people are barred from creating sites by "soft" blocks like Liz Fong Jones inundating them with frivolous lolsuits, retarded legislation making it impossible to host a website and grow it cheaply, and big companies like Google simply not indexing websites in search results.

I don't really foresee this stuff getting better, especially since payment processors just outright won't work with people they deem "controversial" or dangerous for their profits. Adding on that most gay faggot politicians know absolutely nothing about this stuff and are actively lobbied by the Internet industrial complex..... Yeah we're fucked. Eventually there will be only 3 websites you can visit, total. lol.

I'm on maternity leave, so I can't currently log into my work pc. However, one of the payment processors I can remember off the top of my head that one of my clients uses is called Neon One. https://neonone.com/solutions/neon-pay/

I have seen several other alternatives as well but I'm not remembering the names. I can post if I think of them. They do get pricey as far as fees go, but sometimes the donors will pay the fees.

What I previously suggested but it's a fundamental misunderstanding of the issue. Null is being fucked over by payment processors. Using an offshore entity would not solve the issue. All that Visa and Mastercard have to do is identify that the account is owned by Joshua Moon and deny their services once again. It might take a while or be basically immediate. The idea is admittedly stupid. It could only work if the entity has no ties to Null which is counterproductive to his goal of raising funds.
Yeah, they're not going to relent unless he bends the knee in some way.

Uh, I am not subjecting myself to foreign jurisdiction, especially not English.
Then I think you are out of options. You need a lawyer who can really dig into the root of the problem and possibly even set up a trust for you to fund your legal battles. But even if they find some unholy database of problematic persons never to be allowed a payment gateway or whatever, that doesn’t force anyone’s hand unless there is genuine liability. You can make a million different companies in a million different legal structures, but they’ll all run into this issue one way or another.

Your reputation precedes you. And America is a place where public reputation is maintained and relied upon. If you can’t find these companies liable for discriminating against you, I don’t see any mechanism that is going to force them to do business with you or for your reputation to be deleted. That simply isn’t how business in America has ever worked.

You can look toward a political solution where payment processors are treated as common carriers or something like that, but I wouldn’t count on it.

In EU you have the GPDR and in Asia you have payment processors that have nothing to do with Visa/Mastercard. The extent of their jurisdictions will be limited by what you put there.

It's not worth even trying. The rainbow mafia will always get their way in the end and there's nothing we can do besides lay down and rot.

Whether or not he bends the knee they're going to get their way no matter what. It's simply the nature of the reality that TPTB have created for us.

In regards to a hypothetical steam game, it doesn't need to be anything over the top. There are lots of simple clicker games but honestly it's way too elaborate to even bother with. Rumble would be the better idea though. You could just leave some kind of 24/7 stream and not even do anything, just some stupid image from one of the several kiwifarms artists or literally just black text on a white page. It'd be less of a hassle, easier to give money to and wouldn't require null to work with anyone else at all.

the support section of the website.
They are referring to this right?

So the bank is saying they have a problem with internet privacy, DMCA reform, access to banking services, and access to the internet.

Only thing i could think of is raising the issue in elon's twitter mentions, and hoping he sees one and goes to bat for us. (specially with his son going on hasan this week.) Hes probably at peak seething right now. Food for thought.
Honestly if getting on Musk's radar were to have any impact at all then I think it would more than likely make things worse, not better. While the charity has nothing directly to do with the Farms, and is a separate entity, you can bet that trannies will try to spam his thread at him, knowing full well that the man is notoriously thin skinned to the point of absurdity. Then should he actually see it, all it would take is a couple of minutes, a brief scroll, and I can see him absolutely losing his shit.

And if that happens then the best we could hope for is he tells Null to get fucked and that he's on his own, while the worst case is that he decides saying mean things about him and others in the Trump administration amounts to harassment, or some other such contrived shite, and then starts fucking with us as well. That may seem a bit dramatic but this nigger literally forced his ex to publicly declare that he was an MLG Diablo player in exchange for actually paying for his kids, and all because his ego was bruised after he got caught boosting his POE2 account with a Rent-A-Chink.

The man's an autistic faggot and we shouldn't ever take that for granted.

It's going to be difficult to get public figures to support KF on principle because the site is lolcow agnostic. Most of the talking heads who could get any sort of movement going already have threads, and the ones who don't are inevitably going to shit the bed and end up here anyway, so it's a non-starter for anyone but the most principled, even though almost all of them use KF as a source and info aggregator. Knowingly supporting your dirty laundry collector is a big ask.

I heard once that cripples call non-cripples the "temporarily abled", and that's how it feels seeing public figures who aren't here. They're just not here YET.

Ultimately, I'm confident that this is going to be another example of that situation where Josh spins up a MATI and spend the entire time huffing and in a bad mood, and then the following week, he has a solution that's so perfect it has him giddy and giggling at the idea of his enemies seething. Many such cases!

Sisyphus slipped, but the boulder remains.

So here... That makes even less fucking sense? Is it the crypto they have a problem with then? How would the alternative methods of which you accept payment even matter.
Yeah, anyone openly dealing with crypto gets into the high risk category. This is the specific debanking the techbros that supported Trump were complaining about on Twitter, Joe Rogan, etc.

It used to be they got hit if crypto was a "primary" function of their business, I guess it's expanded into anyone who transacts with crypto.

If he's going out-of-the-box like that I'd recommend Issac Simpson. On paper he sounds like kryptonite; half-Jewish, lives in LA, and works in branding and marketing. But he's on the Right (on the record explicitly saying Whites have the right to form their own ethnostates) and he's talked to many deplatformed people. Being on his podcast would put Josh on the radar of a lot of other successful free-speech right wing people (with resources).
As we're throwing names out there like Glenn Greenwald, Joe Rogan, Isaac Simpson et al, and assuming Null would even entertain putting himself out there for PR, I'd add Sonia Poulton to the mix.

She has a lot in common with Null. They've both been harassed by Vordrak, they have similar opinions about a number of issues, and they've both been shunned by the Establishment. That being said, Sonia hasn't been pushed as far to the fringes as Null.

The only thing is that Sonia is Bri'ish, but she's one of the good ones. She also has a reasonably sized platform (just under 100k YT subs plus Rumble etc).

Debanking for wrongthink is a global problem, so having an audience that is predominately outside the USA isn't necessarily a bad thing. The OFCOM crackdown on free speech is well within her wheelhouse, and a guest such as Null would strongly resonate with her audience.
