That isn't the issue FJ had (I'm assuming you're talking about when he was sued by Balilaro?) The problem that FJ had is he needed to use comments made in parliament to prove the truth of his claims of corruption, but he couldn't because of what is called parliamentary privilege which prevents comments in parliament being used against MPs in court.

I mean it's also come up that Barilaro and his team were actively coaching the police on how to respond to FJ, so tampering isn't necessarily incorrect here.

So we're clear, Jobst has been a grifting shitbag for more than a decade now. A lot of the claims he made in his breakthrough video about graded games is completely untrue. He will say and do whatever at the expense of others, so long as it makes him money. He continues to orbit that community and awkwardly tries to interact with them, even after painting the entire hobby of collecting graded games as a "scam."

A decade ago, he was trying his hardest to be Andrew Tate. The guy was writing these cringe fucking ebooks, trying to harvest email addresses to spam. Look at this shit:
