Here we have Karl platforming and promoting Darkviper just a few months ago. Karl pinned Apollo's suicide on Billy for financial gain while protecting and platforming the man who played a role in his death.

Before today I thought that Karl was just a moron, after more digging it turns out that he is genuinely a horrible person.

I would never be stupid enough to anger some sped hard enough he'd sue over a fucking speedrun, video game, or some youtuber's suicide.
And even if I did, I'd settle immediately or retract any statements because fuck the expensive legal process over what amounts to shitposting.

Karl thought shitposting was serious business and now he gets to pay for it, lest he convinces his audience of mongs to give him money.

TL;DR:
Karl says he accused Billy in relation to Apollo because other people told Karl it was true. He says he attempted to retract his statements later, but it didn't get the lawsuit dropped.
Karl says he tried to avoid bringing up his accusations related to Apollo once the lawsuit began, as to not implicate himself further. He admits and apologizes that he wasn't consistently clear that the accusations about Apollo were the subject of the lawsuit.
Karl says he didn't try to intentionally lie, deceive, or scam; he's just retarded and every penny crowdfunded went to his lawyers.
Karl will be making a video about everything involved in this lawsuit at some point, and he thinks the judgment is incorrect.

Bro just needs to take the loss, the lawsuit was never about cheating allegations, yet he has 1 video an entire year ago explaining what it actually is, and about 12 videos since then saying it was for cheating allegations, and not to mention the gofundme doesn't state what it's actually for anywhere, so any future video people have no information about what it's about.

NAL but,
- Karl stated that Apollo had to pay money in settlement with Billy and that this was a significant factor in why he killed himself
- Karl could provide no supporting evidence that the lawsuit caused Apollo's death, in fact Apollo himself mentioned other factors, and it was factually untrue that Apollo had to pay anything to Billy as part of the settlement.
