As gay as it is to sue people for talking shit about you, it's also pretty fucking gay to accuse someone of being the reason another person killed themselves so I could go either way really.
Like maybe there'd be a case for it if Billy killed Apollo's family or made him paralyzed from the waist down but if it's anything less than that then a person's suicide is completely their own choice and the blame shouldn't be put on other people for it.
