Null mentioned this when he covered the 'I WILL AVENGE YOU' video on MATI, but what crime is he specifically asserting was committed. Unless there was a clause in the deed that says you have to leave all buildings intact, it doesn't matter what Jan did or did not say during the buying process.

I think he believes that the seller would never have sold the property to someone unless they believed they were a true and honest brothel fan and would carry on the legacy of whoring. Obviously they would never have taken 1.5 million for a piece of shit building in the middle of the fuckin desert any other way. So since the group that bought it tore the building down, they must have committed fraud and need to be sentenced to death for crimes against brothels. More importantly to Greer, this is a crime against him since he wanted to pay $3.50 for the property or something and finally fulfill his dream of running a brothel and being able to sleep with all the women for free.

I mean it literally says in the police report that he's alleging a violation of NRS 205.380, which is the statute against obtaining property under false pretenses, by claiming the buyers hid the fact they were anti-prostitution and as such going to demolish the brothels rather than run them, and that they would not have been sold to them without that lie.

The graffiti said "8 people on my list" so people would reasonably remember he wrote a kill list even if the graffiti itself didn't have the names. If it did, they would be in the police report, and even if redacted, there would be black spaces over their names

Also, Nippleless woman was his college, not highschool, class mate, so she only would've heard about the kill list graffiti second hand.

This is my StinckyShack hill to die on. I know it's become Russell Greer legend that he "wrote a kill list on the bathroom walls" but the actual police report quoting the graffiti only mentions "8 people on my list" no names.
