depending where you are sewage gets treated with UV to kill germs and parasites, but it's probably not tuned for resin, dunno if anyone did the calculation if it's enough to properly cure it to render harmless
iirc the uncured resin is toxic in contact, but the fumes are less dangerous. worst point is the curing where the VOCs get released due to chemical reaction.
