What's even funnier is that, iirc, the dude drew this comic to dunk on the sea lion'ing behavior. A New Guy or Bike Cuck situation.
Oh yes. He believed he was "owning the chuds" with that clever waste of ink.

Huh. Well, I suppose a "scorched earth" policy doesn't really hurt much if you've already killed or chased off most of your population anyway.

Poor Luigi. I assume this isn't a joke.

ETA: I was being sarcastic on 'poor'.
Ive argued bitterly with many people I consider very intelligent and good individuals about this

"its murder, cold blooded murder" they say, "how can you justify the shooting of a man in broad daylight?"

How do you justify denying a 1/3rd of your paying customers life saving care?

Some of yall would have been Loyalists and it shows

"Ohh constable come quick, the towns folk have tarred and feathered another tax collector"

Guy was literally caught with the murder weapon, a written manifesto admitting to the murder, and the fake ID he used at the hostel.

What incentive would the feds have to offer him a deal or pursue lesser charges? Luigi is possibly the most demonstrably guilty man in history.

This is like 911 for redditors and fat women.
The dumbest part is I heard he didn't even get screwed by UHC. I've talked about my issues with healthcare companies in the past, so I'm no lover or defender of those pukes, but this Luigi guy just wanted to be famous.

Israel has lifted all tariffs on imported American goods. They don't want Israeli goods to be tariffed by the US.
Mozel tov!

I'm curious what products does Israel make?
I've gotten some imported food, but not sure what else they export to the US?

pro-life dude I know who's also big mad about death panels was using the joke "Vengeance is God's... but He can choose to hire a subcontractor"

Bad decision.

No jury is going to sentence someone like Luigi to death given who he shot. Even if he is executed he becomes a martyr and lives on in American lore. NY AG's and police already turned it into a circus trying to perp walk him with Adams and the police looking retarded. No one likes healthcare executives because they are predatory entities.

Best outcome for the DA would be to get a conviction for life or at least 25+ years. If they push for death, it will become an OJ situation and he will be acquitted due to external pressure on the jury.

Execute Mangione all they want, it won't make health insurance anymore likeable. Dead CEO, dead assailant, the criticism remains.
It also doesn't deal with the problem of care providers lying on the medical coding, or labs overcharging for simple work because they push the cost onto the healthcare company. Again, I'm not defending healthcare companies that fuck their customers over, but there are so many moving parts in this that it's like that fucking Charlie meme from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Money and win percentage. Litigation is expensive and the outcome is not guaranteed, especially with an "eat the rich" mindset the jury could have with this fact pattern.
All it takes is one Jurer who supports what he did to hold out and cause a mistral. This trial will be a shitshow lasting at least a decade, calling it now.

Hypothetically
If you think this is based

Judges in USA can overturn jury decisions, little known fact

United had a new CEO like four hours after the previous CO'S death and they are set to raise premiums across the board this year.

Luigi is a retard who ruined his life for nothing.
