If Greer loses his IFP status how much is the case gonna cost him? I remember reading in one of his cases he didn't get IFP status because he had a job and the filing fee was $400.

It's a registered LLC with the State of Nevada. It's obviously using a registered agent service as if you look up the other name they're listed on 47 corporations. It means at the very least he paid the state $425 for the registration in 2022 and presumably at least one annual renewal of $350 for 2023. In addition to any registered agent fees.

It's in 'Default' which means that fees and/or annual reports are overdue.

Actually Russell they probably do. While they may have multiple or few clients at any given time, it's their JOB. You know, a thing they went to lots and lots of school for? Several years? The thing that pays their bills so you could assume they'd put a lot of time towards it, not going to more school (unless they really do have that time and a need), working another job, and trying to set up new businesses. Their business is their job is their office.

Both Judges were warned this would happen. They can still rule in favor of the reasonable party (us) and stop this.

I suspect the Judge will start getting pissy about the onslaught of stuff related to Russ's IFP status. It's a petty matter of $400. But it does illustrate the plaintiffs persistent bad faith and disregard for the truth.
