If removed, wouldn't that mean Russ has to actually pay to make individual filings? So if he wanted to shit up the docket with 50 more filings of bullshit that's money out of his pocket, and every time Hardin files something he has to respond to, ka-ching!
Some states have filing fees for individual motions, but federal court does not.

I'm starting to think Russell has an eccentric personal definition of the word "witness".

A court near where I live charges $10 for a motion and many other filings. I wonder how a tiny disincentive like that would change lolcow litigation (obviously not if they file IFP),
Having to mail stuff, which if the person wants it there soon is probably that much, has somewhat reduced the retardation seen in the Stebbins v Moon case.

Part of why Russell bitched out so hard when the case moved to Florida, where he didn't have an agreement to email the clerk to file for him, and he whined to the judge that when he called a "snarky woman" told him to "put it in an envelope and mail it"

Does this idiot know who sets the deadlines to respond? Hint: it's not the Defendants.
Hey, dipshit. You don't bring sanctions. You motion for them, then the Judge decides whether your claim is reasonable.
No, Russ brings the THUNDER and the SANCTIONS and it is up to the DEFENDANTS to receive them. The judge is impartial and not involved, unless he is bias.

Russell's going to argue he's totally still a pauper, by the way he has a job and can afford to attend school and also apparently has multiple business to get up and running
Null confirmed not a client, Null confirmed to be Hardin, everyone is Hardin.

Even for all the bullshit in this case, even given unreasonable amounts of research time, we're still looking at only a few hours of work a week to reply to the retard. Most motions posted by Russ have a "workable" response in posts here within an hour or so, so a real lawyer with a real paralegal (or even a bored one alone) can easily keep up with the Russtard.

This right here, and the email to Hardin are the true gems of these two filings. He's like a petulant child, running to the adults to tattle on the other kid who aggrieved him. This line in the email to Hardin is extra special, though:

"Oh yeah? If you tattle on me to the teacher, then I'll tattle on you to the teacher, and then you'll get in trouble for being a tattletale!"

I haven't seen this kind of energy since I was in the 2nd grade.

Who would have thought filing bullshit police reports could have backfired on Greer!

Greer's latest email to Hardin, HE'S HAD ENOUGH, HE'S FILING SANCTIONS FOR EVERYTHING!

Not sure why he thinks that's a threat anymore when it took him two months to get around to doing it for the last one.
"Pronto," ha ha ha ha. Russ's writing oscillates back and forth between "Son of Sam" and "boomer on Facebook."

"How does Hardin have time for this crap? Doesn't he have anything better to do?" Russ mutters as he types out his 5,000th sexually harassing Instagram comment of the day.

Y'all are crazy if you think judge will actually remove Russ's IFP status.
Whether it does or not, it calls into question his use of the courts, potentially (likely, okay realistically) as a means to harm and silence his critics, in much the same manner that vexatious litigant David Stebbins is wont to do. The last thing Russ wants right now is scrutiny on his pattern of behavior, and his screeching mush of mass-filings every time Hardin does the slightest thing is only creating further incentive to scrutinize his behavior.

If this were anyone other than a lolcow like Russ, I would be questioning the quality of a law school who's graduates know less about the courts and laws than a fifth-grader.
He didn't go to a law school. He went to a decidedly third rate business school to get a two year paralegal certificate and took five years to do it because he is retarded. He doesn't even have a bachelor's degree.

Even then, if kids in the 5th grade know that all affairs in court are public, and that this is encoded into the highest laws of the country, but a certified paralegal does not, a man is not wrong for looking askance upon the school that gave the paralegal his certificate.

But as you point out, even if that school is third rate, Russ is a retard. It's not the business school's fault Russ doesn't understand the public nature of the courts. That lies entirely on Russ. He doesn't want to understand the public nature of the courts. Understanding that would force him to face the fact that it is his own behavior that subjects him to public scrutiny and ridicule.

Meanwhile, the Judge:

(those who know, know)

The funniest thing about the whole kerfuffle is he actually thinks these threatening emails are going to WORK on HARDIN. I still will take an oath and swear similar shit must have worked for him before, on some random something somewhere.,

Yeah, the schoolyard. Quite possibly up into jr. high school he's found 'tell on me and I'll tell on you, and you will be in more trouble because I'm special!' to be an effective 'get out of trouble' solution. And because he's not near as smart as he believes he is, he hasn't updated his thinking to the real world even all these years later.

And that's just one of many reasons he's a legendary lolcow.

He perfectly fills the estuary between narcissist psychopath and retarded manchild. It's a beauty to behold.

Hardin bringing his antics into the court room is going to have him  fuming
