I read the messages and I don't really see anything too problematic, its the same witch mob bullshit started by a guy who was supposedly banned from the Golden Eye Speedrunning site for being pedo. (Source for the pedo claim is some reddit threads and other tweets, not really interested in researching that further)

The vid numbers, he’ll frequently lose half his audiance on them. Likely why he made so many Billy videos as he’s on record in video saiying that nothing else brought in the money to keep the fight going. I forget which update vid he said it in, it might have even been multiple.

And now no one is going to trust those videos ever again. He is going to hurt bad.

You never want to be relying on one subject for your channel doing well.

Supporting Billy is the more entertaining option after all. I think it really comes down to two retards fighting. Karl being obtuse about what the lawsuit was and farming drama is hard to side with in good conscience. Billy being litigious is also shitty but he is the more endearing option to support imo.

In regards to the fact that Karl's lawyer made a really shitty defense of him during the trial and couldn't even bring up the right defense, I've heard some rumors. So in terms of statistics, what I've heard is that people have found that the odds of winning a lawsuit against someone in Australia as an American are disproportionately high because Australian lawyers fucking suck and America is the king country of litigious assholes (see: Billy Mitchell, Acerthorn, Russell Greer).

In addition to this ^ it has also been rumored online that Karl got the cheapest lawyer he could in Australia, because as he said in his vid he wanted to just beat Billy in court and force him to pay his court costs. Which even for a cheap lawyer would still be high given the timeframe of this lawsuit, but having a cheaper lawyer probably made the start up cost of this whole thing easier. So what we're looking at here is an immense hubris running full force into the wall that is America's force of bloodthirsty lawyers.

If Karl really went with a low cost lawyer to defend what was clearly a 6 digit settlement lawsuit due to the severity of the defamatory statement, then he is even more retarded then I realized.

I would really laugh hysterically if Karl could actually prove his claims, but was blocked from presenting evidence because his lawyer fucked up so badly it was not allowed.

LMAO that vid that Jobstless uploaded and than deleted is pure gold. (props to Vertigo for archiving it) I can see why it was removed so quick, its basically a Billy Mitchell vid except its DCS. I'll bet his lawyer advised the removal so that Karl doesnt get another lawsuit.
