Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

The guy with the largest penis in the world has a girth of 8” I can’t find any photos of it. This chick has half an inch more. That’s insane lmao.

This is just for you, so you don't have to do all that imagining," he told a visibly shocked Schofield, who responded: "Hellfire. Congratulations."
Philip Schofield? I bet he did… ‘visibly shocked’ probably propositioned him after

Philip Schofield?
Yep

Forgive my ignorance, but don't men with huge penises tend to have issues with erections? I mean, you have to pump a lot of blood to get it up.
I remember reading an article about some russian guy with a damn near foot long cock who says he can only fuck men because it doesn't fit in women and every time he gets erect he risks losing consciousness because of how much blood quantity it diverts from his brain

Neither are abortion doctors, btw. And it has nothing to do with being pro-choice/pro-life, it's just known that they're losers who couldn't cut it as real gynos, or have been disciplined/fired at too many other places, etc
A ton of them have SUD issues and history of sexual impropriety with staff or patients, often not rising to the level where the board can just shitcan them entirely, but definitely to the level where no one is excited to have them on the team.

Wouldn't be surprised if this is the case for SRS surgeons as well.

Something is off about this...
It actually makes sense. It's not about psychology or even biology, just physics. The womb takes up a lot of space in the female (human and non-human mammals alike) and limits the size and angle of what can be inserted. The male pelvis is narrower but also deeper, and there's a lot of room in the male pelvic cavity/abdomen to shift things around.

As an example from my professional life as a nurse, we learned early on that you can't insert a transrectal ultrasound probe (it's shaped kind of like a phallic object, and for those who're curious, the the main purpose of using it is looking for methastasized tumors, mainly in the tailbone; it's used a lot in urology) the same way in males and females. On a man, you can insert it from any angle, basically, but on a female, you have to be a lot more careful, as poking at the uterus or cervix through the rectal wall can be agonizing for the patient. If the woman has received radiotherapy in her lower areas to treat cancer, the mucus membranes, due to being fast growing cells, are really fragile, and the connective tissues can be, too. Basically, with a woman, there is always the risk that insertion of an object might damage the integrity of the tissue wall between the vagina and the anus.

EDIT: That being said, I struggle to believe anybody would actually enjoy being penetrated by a 10-inch long coke can, just that males are more likely to get through it without serious tissue damage. Ladies, you know what feeling when you insert a tampon at the wrong angle?

SulawesiMacaquebutt.jpg

Males just have to accept being mounted by more dominant males and hope they will someday climb high enough in the dominance hierarchy to not to have to put up with it, but nature has designed females so that a male can literally not mistake her anus for her vagina by making the vagina so prominent. Interesting shit, if you're a paleo nerd like I am. Sure makes you see things in a new light... some of the time, anyway.

SPEAKING OF PISS, I haven’t even finished the video yet (I’m sure it’ll be solid, Genspect has been releasing a lot of great stuff lately) but at 7:30 they start talking about these people getting their urinary tracts wreckt. I think it’s worth starting at the beginning though. 🌈 🌈🌈

how do these thousands upon thousands of surgeons after all those years of med school and training and taking the Hippocratic oath, perform these surgeries with a clear conscience?
You’ve gotten some great answers but I didn’t see the one I thought of: Laws.

So long as “gender affirming healthcare” is legal (or not specifically illegal) and there’s no official regs or standards (besides WPATH’s) why not join the Gold Rush? You are free to dose, slice and dice with little to no risk. Malpractice lawsuits are hard to prosecute when what you’re doing is legal and not standardized or regulated.

In places where there are anti-discrimination laws against “conversion therapy” if a therapist or a doc tries to talk the client into accepting their situation and not goin’ the medical gender affirmation route they run the risk of getting in legal trouble for refusing “care”. Talk about a violation of free speech, but if it’s law, it’s law, and you could end up in front of a judge or jury in court if the troon wannabee reports you for attempting to maliciously “convert” them.

Some sanctuary states are going so far with the anti discrimination righteousness that they’re writing laws to force Catholic hospitals to treat troons according to their preferred identities (whatever that may entail and no transfers to secular hospitals) when they end up in their ERs.

Aw, how cute, the doctor gave him a spare arsehole in case he misplaces his original one!

I’m guessing the hole at the top might’ve been where a catheter was? Isn’t that usually pooners, though? Blokes don’t usually have the suprapubic catheter.

Maybe they put the pared-down dickhead in there, and it pokes out when someone interesting walks by? Kinda like a woodworm, or something.

I occasionally do pet sitting, and I’ve once had a joy of having a dog who suffered from pp issues in my care. As much as a sweet boy he was, caring for him was the epitome of exhausting. If there’s a part of your body that you absolutely shouldn’t fuck with no matter what, it’s urinary system. Just don’t. Best case you’ll die before developing awful complications, worst case you’ll develop each and every urological issue under the sun and die slowly and painfully in awful pain after lots of surgeries to try and get it fixed, or contract the most awful UTI ever, or manage to mess up your bladder/urethra and never piss without a tube ever again. Truly horrifying and heartbreaking and people who do this to themselves deliberately without even researching the worst possible outcomes are fucking idiots.
Health care professionals knew long before anyone ever heard of Viagra that if there's any bodily function people shouldn't mess around with themselves, it's, ahem, THAT ONE.

He has a goiter.

Who in their right mind would look at that guy and say "You know what would fix your problems? Getting a hole in your crotch!"
But if they did, I can probably guess where that skin might come from.

This person looks like they also have neurofibromatosis.

We can never forget the full scope of barbarity that troon surgeons engage in, so today is mostly a top surgery haul. Hope you're ready for some crispy nips!

This double-incision is not looking so hot after only two weeks out of the operating theater. For a fun game to play with friends, scroll through r/topsurgery and count how many white pooners end up with black nipples and how many black pooners end up with pink nipples!

Nipple graph concern

i’m 2 weeks post op and this is what nipple looks like. i just got out of the shower and this is what it looked it. the shower was not warm at all. the nipples feels like it they could be warm but i might just be feeling that way because im freaking out

This one has a classic case of Obvious Pooner Scarring - I'm sure she's the envy of all the little Instagram doodlers who slap crap like this on any anime character they can find for clout from their fellow TiFs.

hypertrophic scar treatment experiences?

Hey fam, I am wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with hypertrophic scars to mine. My surgery was 11/1/2023 and the scars have looked like this for a while. They’re pretty itchy and tender. I’m considering pursuing a consult with dermatology/plastic surgery to see what my options are. Just wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experience if they’ve had success dealing with this - bonus points if you have hypermobile ehlers-danlos :)

I always felt trannies would be a liability in an apocalypse, but I didn't realize pooners would be until I really started paying attention to their procedures; they're all practically germinating some kind of biological warfare and their main concerns, instead of function/comfort/not fucking dying, always circle back to "but will it look cute?"

I definitely think my nipple is infected

My doctor wanted me to do moist healing with aquaphor on both my incisions and grafts. They started out fine, but the one with the presumed infection had started to build up the aquaphor in the center of it, and I asked my parents if I should try to get all of the extra aquaphor out, and they told me no and that I should leave it be. So I don’t know if it’s because the aquaphor buildup sat there and caused it to get bacteria trapped in the center?? But a few days ago the scabs started to come off, and I noticed that the middle was concave and yellow? I thought it was scab or goop or something but I think it’s actually the tissue. The last photo is my other graft for reference. That one’s scab came off flakey and dry, whereas the other one was really wet and gooey. I’ve already sent a picture and email to my surgeon, so they’ll probably prescribe me some antibiotics. But is there any hope for my nipple? Will it look sad? I know there’s other options after healing, like tattoos to make it look better, but I kinda didn’t expect this. I’ve taken all the precautions to avoid this. I know it happens but it’s hard not to feel bummed. Any advice or reassurance?

Despite being dicked around by doctors who clearly couldn't give less of a shit about the blood this poon's bleeding, she still feels guilty for not trusting them as they are the ones "with degrees" - but still worries that her scar is not gonna "look pretty." Couldn't find her age, but she seems either young or supremely stupid.

A little annoyed

I know this is gross but I'm frustrated.
I've had a few different complications with my top surgery. Namely a hematoma. I didn't have drains so when it started leaking, I assumed it was okay. It drained some during my 1 week appointment. But the rate at which I was changing bandages was concerning me, three times a day and sometimes fuller than the photos.
I asked my friend, who is a nurse, if it was all okay and she immediately suggested I go to urgent care for antibiotics. My other friend who is a wound nurse said the same thing.
During all this I messaged my clinic nurse to ask what she thought. She said the site looked angry but didn't think I needed to go. She did ask if I could come in the next day. I told her I couldn't, the clinic is three hours from me. (I didn't think a 6 hour car ride would help anything) but she did tell me she would ask the doctor. I asked if it was okay to still go to urgent care. She said it wasn't necessary but I could if it would make me feel better.
I got off the phone and was making an appointment when she called back. She said the doctor prescribed me antibiotics and I could pick those up.
I feel bad for not seeming like I trust these people. They are the ones with a degree. But this just doesn't seem normal. I don't feel like I'm overdoing it and I wash with antibacterial soap everyday. It just feels like at every turn, I sound and act like I don't trust what they are doing.
What do you guys think? I have the antibiotics now and are starting those. But am I cooked? I can't imagine this scare is gonna look pretty lol

Lastly, no pictures - just a sorry tale: a MTF puts the stink in stinkditch when his vaginoplasty makes him fart through his psuedopussy. His surgeon's response? "A unique complication" - and he refuses to address the troon's concerns further unless he starts shitting out of it. Given that he's Canadian, maybe he's hoping OP will transition into a MAiD patient before considering any litigation?

Post Bottom Surgery Issue

Hiya everyone,
I had mtf bottom surgery 10 months ago in BC Canada. Since about two months into my recovery I discovered a passage between my digestive tract and my vaginal canal. When cleaning liquid would go from my vag into somewhere in my digestive tract causing cramping. Additionally, I regularly pass gas out through my vagina. Having talked to my surgeon, he said that it is a unique complication, when I asked what could be done he said they wouldn't re-operate unless fecal matter came through (which to date, hasn't happened)
Has this happened to anyone else?
Thank you!
