Release price is only $25 (though Toby implies that they may pull a Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove and increase the price for late adopters once later chapters are out), and the soundtrack for all chapters is $15 on Steam (though you can also get individual chapters on Bandcamp).

The Switch 2 version will have one room that uses the system's mouse gimmick, while other versions will have that same room just with a different control scheme. The Switch 1 version will have slightly longer load times than everything else. Finally, the PS4/PS5 version will have some intentionally near-impossible trophy because they were required to add trophies. My money's on a no-hit run.

In the comments for his YIIK track "Into the mind", someone mentioned he said there was already another game in development that had a similar idea to what he planned for Deltarune, around 2014. Is this true?

I'm surprised he hasn't had a fallout until now, being a 30 something year old manchild who barely leaves his room and whose entire social circle consists of Tumblr wimmin is a sure recipe for disaster, I'm surprised he's been able to keep himself together this long

All evidence points towards the next secret boss being flower related due to the TV world being in Toriel's house and the trashcan being full of Asgore's flowers.

I follow the theory that it's gonna be heavily flowey related and knock Ralsei out of the fight as a hint that he's the untertale timeline Asriel.

I think that's part of the reason Toby wanted to bulk release chapters, cause some shit behind the curtain is going to be revealed in the next chapter or 2. I also think Papyrus is being held back from appearing since he'll probably call Kris Frisk at some point.

Kris doesn't like the player.

Spamton's speech about still being a puppet locked down by strings is applicable to Kris as well, being forced to say things he doesn't mean comes out as stilted whereas saying what he wants has him yell.

There are more instances where he refuses to do what the player wants such as playing the piano (he can play well but whilst controlled he will play shit) and closing his eyes when we choose to peek in Asriel's internet history.

Removing his SOUL and cutscenes where the player cannot control him is Kris doing anything to get rid of us.
