Drexel absolutely knew about the Hedonism II resort. How involved he was in Nick and Kayla's foray is unknown. However, consider that Drexel was the head of a swinger's group since 2005/2006. Drexel has also coordinated swinger/cuckold themed vacations for people.

I wouldn't completely trust anything Drexel says about this sort of thing. He always talks big about all the stuff he does and all the things he is involved in, but the real stuff that has come out about him has not tended to support the idea of him being the "player" he talks about being. A fair point, though the hot tub and cokestream were 2024 and the more intentional breadcrumbs go all the way back to 2022.

One example would be Nick being quite open with his LOCALS group in 2022. Some of them knew right away that they were at a swinger resort and the pictures featuring Kayla had already passed through Facebook servers, though curiously the one with only Nick did not (link). Word was getting out to people pretty early on, and while he deny using cocaine regularly (though he confessed to trying it), he would openly stream while high on weed or coming down from MDMA in 2022. The degeneracy and drugs were being teased out, but with no sign of stopping. No, he was just getting started as "new Nick".

Nick actually thought that people would eventually come around to his degeneracy and Nick imagined he was saying what everyone was thinking. Couple that with his increasing exhibitionism and it became clear that he was clear that Nick thought he was cleverly sending signals to interested parties while subverting the "prudish" order of the day. The reality was that rather than walking the fine line of plausible deniability while garnering interest from onlookers, Nick was amassing more evidence that he, Kayla, and their household were headed for disaster.

It would be most accurate to say that Nick wanted some people to find out as early as 2022 (hence the hints), but somehow thought others wouldn't pick up on it even though he already had a thread on Kiwi Farms. Of course, Nick thought he had more control of things than he actually did and here we are.
