while everyone was busy with the Tariff's another Dem judge of out San Francisco stopped Noem's order stripping 600K of Biden's imported Venezuelans of their temporary protected status.

He's ordered a stay on any attempts to deport them because "her actions were unauthorized, unreasonable and capricious and based on a negative sterotype" Wow, nice going there judge calling the Sec of Homeland basicly a racists who is crazy.

So this judge is basically saying he knows better then the duly appointed Sectary of Homeland Security. So once against a Dem judge is placing himself above the executive by saying he knows what better.

And of course it's another TRO so any moves to changes the protected status or deport these obviously great citizens of Venezuela is now on hold wile the DoJ fights yet another Democrat Judge trying to keep illegal aliens and criminals in the US.

That's around 600,000 Venezuelans brought in by Biden in 2022 btw. The judge's order protects each and everyone of them.

The judge, an appointee of Democratic President Barack Obama, also said both Noem and Trump had made discriminatory public statements about Venezuelan TPS holders by implying they were criminals and posed a financial burden.
"Generalization of criminality to the Venezuelan TPS population as a whole is baseless and smacks of racism predicated on generalized false stereotypes," Chen wrote, adding that Venezuelan TPS holders were more likely to hold bachelor's degrees than U.S. citizens and less likely to commit crimes than the general U.S. population. Noem's actions smack of racism and discrimination towards a class of people.

Judge blocks Trump administration from stripping deportation protections for Venezuelans

By Luc Cohen

March 31 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Monday blocked the Trump administration from stripping deportation protections for some Venezuelan immigrants, writing that officials' characterization of the migrants as criminals "smacks of racism."

In a case brought by the National TPS Alliance, a group that advocates for immigrants, U.S. District Judge Edward Chen in San Francisco paused Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem's decision to remove temporary protected status from hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans.

The Department of Homeland Security did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Ahilan Arulanantham, a lawyer for National TPS Alliance, said in a statement, "The Court’s decision provides a crucial protection against mass deportations for a population that this administration has singled out for extreme vilification."

TPS is available to people whose home country has experienced a natural disaster, armed conflict or other extraordinary event.

In 2021, then-President Joe Biden's administration first granted TPS to Venezuelans, citing high levels of crime in Venezuela related to political and economic instability under President Nicolas Maduro.

Some 600,000 Venezuelans in the U.S. have TPS, and Monday's ruling protected about 348,000 of them from deportation.

The move to end TPS for Venezuelans was part of Republican President Donald Trump's broader campaign to crack down on immigration and humanitarian programs he says go beyond the intent of U.S. law.

Noem on Feb. 3 said TPS protections for Venezuelans were contrary to U.S. interests and no longer justified by conditions in Venezuela.

In his ruling, Chen wrote that the State Department still categorizes Venezuela as a "Level 4: Do Not Travel" country due to the risk of wrongful detention, crime and poor health infrastructure.

The judge, an appointee of Democratic President Barack Obama, also said both Noem and Trump had made discriminatory public statements about Venezuelan TPS holders by implying they were criminals and posed a financial burden.

"Generalization of criminality to the Venezuelan TPS population as a whole is baseless and smacks of racism predicated on generalized false stereotypes," Chen wrote, adding that Venezuelan TPS holders were more likely to hold bachelor's degrees than U.S. citizens and less likely to commit crimes than the general U.S. population.

On Tuesday, a federal judge in Boston is due to hear arguments in a separate case brought by immigrant rights groups challenging the Trump administration's moves to strip TPS from Venezuelans and Haitians.

I knew what it was before I clicked it. I think that says a lot about me and I don't know if it's a good or bad thing! Maybe Looney Tunes is just in my blood?

Anyway, good afternoon USPG2! Things have been getting really Autistic Thunderdome in here the past few days. Keep it up everyone! We should invest in American made splatter shields for all the blood! Look, look, I think I just saw a tooth fly by! Really good energy in here. Really good energy. The best energy.

Inflation is normal. Prices going up like they did in 2022 and will in the next few months isn't. You retards blamed Biden when prices went up but now when prices go up under Trump you suddenly love paying higher prices.

I would stop defaulting to pointing out how you want to have gay sex with fatty if you'd stop defending and worshipping everything he does. You retards were throwing tantrums about inflation in 2022 yet now you suddenly say inflation is good thing when fatty does it. It's obviously that you're madly in love with him or else you wouldn't blindly defend everything he does even when it fucks you over.

You are retarded, even for a guy who wants an obese, elderly, senile conman to penetrate him, if you really believe this
You seem awfully obsessed with gay sex, is that why you like pro wrestling? Do you get aroused watching big men grope eachother?

The parasites are trying to change chase in order to avoid being purged.

you're a moron and there's no helping you. you cannot conceive that physical items have a value beyond the monetary for some reason. do you think people stockpile ammo and canned food to sell them? no, of course not, they stockpile it to have it ready in case of them needing to use it.
You think a stock's only value is monetary?
my point was and continues to be that it is retarded to compare physical commodities which have value other than money to stock trading, which is always done to avoid the direct analogy to gambling,
this is a fundamental misunderstanding of the stock market. You put money into the system to purchase partial ownership of publicly traded companies. If you are buying stock to speculate, that is your choice but it is not the purpose of the stock market. Stock also has a value beyond just the monetary, and that is because owning shares of a company give you voting power and the ability to speak at board meetings.

which is you put money into a system that may or may not give you a return, and you hope.
Only retards jump into the market without heavy research into their investment. You shouldn't be "hoping" and uncertainty is part of life.

that's why it's supposed to be illegal for lawmakers to trade stocks, because they can sell on things they know are about to get fucked, or influence their own stock holdings to benefit themselves through legislation, but all that shows you that it's gambling. they're supposed to be not allowed to rig the casino, even though pelosi is proof they do it anyway.
It has never been illegal for lawmakers to trade stocks to my knowledge, although I agree it should be the law.
don't gamble if you can't afford to lose.
I agree with this.

Looks like the left got the narrative that talking about the price of eggs doesn't work, so they decided to show their retarded lack of understanding basic economics for a change with predictable results, lmfao
Stick to a-logging a 60 year old bald coomer or a retarded African autist maybe, leave the thinking to adults

I still can't believe these retards just openly talk about this shit at a bar or a restaurant, to completely random people. You would think they would wise up after X amount of O'Keefe exposes.

Stock also has a value beyond just the monetary, and that is because owning shares of a company give you voting power and the ability to speak at board meetings.
in theory, yes. in practice, the vast majority of stock ownership is held by people with high wealth, and investment corporations whose only job is to invest in the big safe stocks such as nvidia and amazon. those things aren't going to allow you, random person, to speak at the board meeting, and they certainly won't have any effect on how nvidia does business. it isn't the random retail investor who gains much actual value in a large corporation's stocks. you only really gain that privilege with smaller companies, though i'm sure there are many email votes for plenty of stocks.

i was also not really the one who put forth that argument, that was someone yesterday who claimed that every commodity is 'just monetary', which is insane. when i'm talking about physical goods, i mean that they can have a direct, physical impact on the world around you, and where you are physically located can actually change how those goods are valued. if you're in the middle of rural america, ammo has low monetary value but high value for shootin' with your buds. if you're in the middle of a warzone, ammo has a high monetary value because it's needed to fight the war and a high usefulness value because it's needed to shoot the bad guys. you can't change how valuable your stock is by moving locations, only by selling the stock and buying another one, or potentially by affecting how the company runs to increase its value, but that is a far more abstract 'action' than firing a gun or eating a piece of food.

thank you for taking the time to talk to me like a normal person, this is a much more pleasant discussion.

A surprising amount of cheap clothing manufacturing has moved from China to SEA (South East Asia) and Bangladesh. China is having trouble finding enough cheap labor for their sweatshop sewing machines. I'm not sure why India isn't picking it up, but Bangladesh is the cheapest factory floor for large amounts of horrid shit-tier clothing.

Thailand has picked up a lot of mainstream clothing manufacturing, of decent-enough quality, especially bras and underwear for some reason. Cambodia is gaining steam, and I've heard Laos is next. I still haven't seen any clothes labeled Vietnam.
I used to see clothes from Vietnam but not anymore. Also lol these tariffs are going to (hopefully) kill fast fashion and I'm all here for it.

you're crying about a US ship getting attacked 58 years ago
a jew complaining about people talking about stuff that happened 50+ years ago. lol

before you drag me into your slap fight just know my position is the jews are preferable to the literal animals that are Muslims but i don't trust the jews one bit and the whole world would probably be better off if we glassed the entire middle east.

i had actually mixed up what the STOCK act did, that was my bad. pelosi still kept doing her best to skirt it because she just had to squeeze as much money as possible. it IS illegal for them to use information they learn or create as congresspeople for stock trading, which i feel like would be impossible to implement effectively.

Hook up culture self selects for blathering retards who have been told they need to talk up their own value to get the girl to sleep with them.

If they think the girl is a lefty, they'll brag about what they've done to screw over Fuhrer Drumpf and a woman who knows what she's doing can play them like a fiddle to spill the beans on everything.

Also, to play devil's advocate for the men on dating apps, we don't see how many first dates it takes for an OMG undercover journalist to successfully hook the over sharing retards. We only see the successes.

For all we know, the over sharer's could be way less common than we think.
