While everyone is sperging about tariffs, a Congressheboon is getting sued by Matt Taibbi for libel. Suit documents attached.
Wait, Matt is suing the sheboon?

Why does she look like a wojak?

tl;dr: She accused him of being a sex pest while hiding behind her congresscritter authority. Which makes her completely immune no matter how much she lies.

... But then the dumb nigger repeated it on Social media. No such immunity, although I'm sure she'll claim she has the innate right to lie about anyone at any time by virtue of having authority she's allowed to abuse.

I rescind my apology from about a month ago. Granted, I'm skimming highlights because I'm a lazy nigger, but I don't believe for a second that the Hulkster is constantly getting summoned in here. Which is fine. I love the Hulkster; I just want him to acknowledge that he couldn't keep his promise of staying out and loves wading in this delightful shit show which is the U.S. Politics General 2 thread. Embrace your inner nigger, Terry. You're as autistic as the rest of us.
Why should the Hulkster have to stay out? He was here before most of us. If we must enforce an echo chamber to maintain order, that reflects worse on us than the Hulkster.

I'm retarded so please excuse me, is this because of tariffs, or something else? I only hope it keeps up because a company that works with mine switched to pajeets for one of their departments and it makes me want to neck myself every time I have to interact with them.

Trump's goal is to bring back America's manufacturing and is in the process of using Tariffs to accomplish that. Is your issue with tariffs that prices are going to go up while the country grapples with the reality we have to make our own shit again or because you think it won't work at all so this is pain for nothing?
I think that some manufacturing can come back, but it will be way less than Trump expects.
I really wish that manufacturing is back from Asia, and the west can start doing a lot of stuff but I don't think it will happen, I actually believe that it will be pain for not much impact, and because economy is such a important part of election the right can have big defeats.
Also, the majority will pass the price hike to the consumers, the rich will actually gain more money (not in all cases tho).
I hope this clarifies.
Hopefully I'm wrong, only time will tell.

PS: I think that the way to do it is giving HUGE advantages to companies that make stuff, not in the form of subsidies like Biden tried.

And is that over the 8 percent transaction cost I said was common for real estate in my area? My gosh, turns out 10 is more than 8.

Now how about the US-traded common mutual funds that I was using as a low-cost sales example. Does it cost less than 10 percent to sell some Fidelity fund? Please tell me, cause I'm a dumb nigger.
Work on reading better, Tyrone. I didn't dispute real estate transaction costs or the load on mutual funds, I said you were bad at dealing in commodities and you're just proving me right. PM's have a transaction cost, like any other investment, but you're acting like it's unpredictable and takes some herculean effort to sell for a reasonable percentage of its actual cash value and that just isn't so at all.

I miss the old Bernie, he wasn't perfect but he was critical of the over use of work visas, supported gun rights, and genuinely supported the American people.
Even though I didn't always agree with him I really liked Bernie for the reasons you said. When he was running for President and Trump was winning I felt it was a win/win situation since we could easily find common ground. Such a fucking disappointment how he just rolled over like he did.

Of course not. They'll be dead. Why would they care what their actions will cause in the next life?

Remember, the average Jeet IQ is 75. They're literally dumber, more inbred, than Niggers. We're talking about a culture that considers COW SHIT a delicacy.
I'm at a loss here. Nigs can't run a nation that matters on the world stage and India matters on the world stage if only because they have nukes.

This can't be true, unless you're going to tell me that the modern nation of India is solely a result of.... British... Imperialism.

I think I need to sit down.

Prosecutors want Young Thug in prison over a viral post that sparked backlash

ATLANTA (AP) — Prosecutors in Atlanta are asking a judge to revoke Young Thug ‘s probation and send him to prison because of his viral post that sparked an online backlash against the district attorney’s office.

The Grammy-winning rapper pleaded guilty in October to gang, drug and gun charges and was released from jail. However, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said he “engaged in conduct that directly threatens the safety of witnesses and prosecutors, compromises ongoing legal proceedings, and warrants immediate revocation of probation.”

In a court filing on Wednesday, Willis said Young Thug reposted a social media post that included a photo of an investigator in the district attorney’s office with a caption that said the investigator is “the biggest liar in the DA’s office.” The post “quickly went viral, amassing over 2 million views, with thousands of comments and retweets.”

The investigator’s home address and that of her parents were posted publicly, and some posts included threats to the investigator and her family, the filing says. One post threatened the assassination of Willis.

“I don’t make threats to people I’m a good person,” Young Thug posted Wednesday night on the social platform X. “I would never condone anyone threatening anyone or definitely participate in threatening anyone. I’m all about peace and love.”

Brian Steel, an attorney for Young Thug, said in a court filing Thursday that prosecutors’ allegations were misleading and that the rapper hadn’t done anything to violate his probation.

Young Thug, whose given name is Jeffery Williams, was indicted along with more than two dozen other people in May 2022, accused of violating Georgia’s anti-racketeering law. The indictment said the rapper co-founded a violent street gang that committed multiple murders, shootings and carjackings over roughly a decade and promoted its activities in songs and on social media.

A Fulton County Superior Court judge gave him a total sentence of 40 years. The first five years were to be served in prison, but that was commuted to time served. Then he has 15 years on probation. Finally, a “backloaded” 20 years in prison will be commuted to time served if he complies with all of the conditions of his probation.

If the judge grants the probation revocation, that 20-year prison sentence would take effect.

Prosecutors say the investigator whose photo Young Thug reposted is currently a witness in a “multi-defendant gang murder” case. The judge explicitly said during a hearing that the investigator was not to be shown on television while testifying, their filing says.

A blogger posted the investigator’s photo on social media with the caption, “She doesn’t want to be shown on screen? Well, here she is,” and Young Thug reposted that, prosecutors wrote.

Young Thug’s “continued association with individuals actively involved in witness intimidation, threats of violence, and obstruction of justice” is a violation of the conditions of his probation, prosecutors wrote.

His lawyer wrote that there’s no suggestion the rapper was aware of the judge’s order not to show the investigator, and it’s not a probation violation to repost an image on social media along with an opinion that the investigator “is untruthful.”

None of the “direct threats” cited by prosecutors are attributed to Young Thug.

The trial for Young Thug and five others began in November 2023 after it took nearly 10 months to seat a jury. The rapper and three other defendants pleaded guilty in October. A jury in November found the two remaining defendants in the trial not guilty of racketeering, murder and gang-related charges, although one of them was convicted on a gun charge.

Young Thug co-wrote the hit “This is America” with Childish Gambino, which became the first hip-hop track to win the song of the year Grammy in 2019.
One post threatened the assassination of Willis.
It will be hilarious if a fan of Young Thug ends up killing that incompetent nigger bitch.

Bernie Sanders in 2008 sounding a lot like Trump, weird what happens to someone after they sellout to globohomo and big pharma.

The problem isn't that Trump is doing new tariffs, it's that he's deeply retarded and doing them in the dumbest ways possible. Of course Bernie doesn't agree with these arbitrarily high tariffs that have zero strategic importance to the U.S. Are we even bothering justifying why we have these new tariffs on islands that no one lives on, or did we just pretend those were epic trolls to own the libs. Clearly zero thought was put into this policy.

What I'm also interested in is the fast fashion plus size industry. They already use really weird fabrics in the first place that require weird washing techniques or don't even hold up after a few washes, pilling or straight up falling apart. It will also affect the plus size haul fashion youtubers (salesmen, aka "influencers") so it'll have a lot of knock-on effects. I'm so stoked and you're right, TFFD cannot come any faster.

Curious though if this will lead to an increase in clothing repair, as the increased use of polyester in clothing is something I also suspect is why clothes aren't repaired, just thrown away, contributing to the culture of fast fashion and consumerism.

Fuck those midget tuxedo niggers.
As a American, I don't give a single shit about any other country. Why should I care about another country's industry when my own is suffering. So fuck them and honestly they could get bent.
Liberals have an insane outgroup preference and hate Americans more than you hate Journalists.

The great REDEEMing has begun.

“A society grows great when old men plant trees in whose shade they shall never sit.”

It is the job of Millenials and Zoomers to never be the same selfish faggots that the Boomers were. Those assholes cut down all the trees to sell them for toothpicks.

Reading about tariffs I notice that all the ‘economists all agree that tariffs are literally Hitler’ stuff is in relation to free trade. Discussion about tariffs as a revenue source in comparison to income and corporate taxes is nonexistent. The only thing I could really find is a historical note that America relied on tariffs for revenue until income tax took over. Has there been any serious discussion about how tariffs providing a revenue stream to the government can (a) allow lower income tax and (b) provide stimulus power in the Keynesian sense (even though we all know Keynes is bullshit) and how those two things affect citizen purchase power?
No. There has been no second, third, or fourth order thinking in regards to the effect on tariffs or what may be accomplished by placing them. It has only been screaming about the price of items going up. Despite Trump explicitly saying he wants to get rid of the income tax and replace the IRS with an ERS nobody criticizing the tariffs has connected one of the potential benefits of the tariffs being increased money in people's pockets by lowering or eliminating the income tax.

That's just one example. In every circumstance the only analysis happening is "price is going up on ALL goods" and "stock market line no longer go up". It's pathetic.

Alright then, so if the Tariffs were primarily on Asian countries that are responsible for flooding the US with shitty, but excessively cheap goods would you be in favor of the policy?

Also, tariffs are a way to give an advantage to US companies. Items that previously cost too much to make because the market was flooded with stuff so cheap it would be impossible to compete will suddenly see a way to make money. If not subsidies, what other way would you want Trump to give American companies advantages? Lower taxes and deregulating seems like a great start.

I was a bernie bro in 2012. This sellout should be investigated the same with pelosi, pocahontas, Chuck Schumer, and the Obamas. They're all insider trading.

And let the nigger cattle have a clue that they don't have to be taxed to death for things to function? Please. The plebs should be happy to give up 90% of their income to us to waste on "programs."

Not only is India COMPLETELY the result of British Imperialism, everything they have that Britain left them is breaking down, not being repaired or replaced, and the only thing they have going for them is the near unique ability to lie as easily as others breath while also being willing to work for absolutely fucking nothing. Chinese may be bugmen, but Jeets are literally human cockroaches.
