Instead of actual interesting Indian althistory scenarios like what if the British didn't dominate the subcontinent and it became partitioned between the Portugese, French, British, and their respective Rajahs. It's actually why India is a letdown in Kaiserreich and the fact their shitty rework of India got canned is a blessing. Now if only KX did something interesting in India.

KR India is quite incredible because it is probably the worst part of KR/KX and has never been fixed. I'd just keep the Dominion of India as is and make the rest a skitzo mess of tags that rapidly unify and attack the dominion. Gameplay wise, India should at least be unified before the 2nd Weltkrieg so they can join a faction and participate. KR4 sort of does this but only because they destroyed the balance with their unfinished rework.

India must be cursed. TNO never put out its India content either despite the fact it was essentially complete.

I know what I'm asking for is futile, given the troon infestation, but are there any mods that do a decent job of handling both WW2 and the post-WW2 period without the usual pitfalls? Bonus points if the mod can make peacetime feel engaging.

I'm not going to white knight defend you nor condemn you with vitriol that a lot of people in the community have.
You've had many different groups of friends in the community over the years and I've known you probably the longest. For about 7 years now.
You and me were part of Aldwyn's old servers. The first was an 90s American collapse civil war mod that I can no longer remember the name and the second was an axis victory mod called The Silent Bells. I remember you with Aldwyn (who I can remember his own sperg outs), Siorc, Magne, Alfred, Thakin and a few others.
It feels weird when someone you personally know for a lot longer than most has become the most hated person in the community and has more or less has become a 'lolcow' on this site.
You're not a 'machiavellian dictator' or whatever. hoi4 mods are not important, however you've vastly underestimate how many people were very passionate about TFR
I was going to make a statement basically asking you to step down but it seems you've already done that and took down the whole server with you.

IIRC in the mod itself, Loji's "vtuber avatar" is only described in a single event as a young female wearing a school uniform, but I can't find the event anywhere online. At any rate, the way she looks is what the playerbase made her to look like, even if they were nudged a bit by the devs.

And I don't think Czar had anything to do with Loji.

That's the thing, the toozers for the mod contain ALL the content. Some nations don't have flags, all of them except the ones shown in toozers don't have leaders, some nations even use their ideas from the base game like Greece and Illyria and others use their base game focus trees like Russia. On one hand, I initially thought of taking over the modmyself but it's way out of my league. It has a custom opening screen that's like TFR but it's broken and I don't even know the lore, much less how to implement that influence mechanic for Russia or what the major conflicts would be. That's not even counting the GFX assets like the TV overlays and flag backgrounds for leaders, or even basic shit like focus icons. If we had the assets maybe @GoodWinSon could help and make some basic GFX icons, but the opening tree needs to be fixed or scrapped entirely and we need to figure out the general flow of the game, like what wars would happen and such.

I just hope this doesn't get in the way of Mike Ma content. I've read Harassment Architecture and Gothic Violence so I hope they at least they did their homework on those, it would be on par with Fiume in the OG Red Flood if they used all of his ideas from his books.
