Billy should agree to drop off some $$$ in return of forcing Karl to 1) never speak about Billy again and 2) preface all content he creates with a heartfelt apology to Billy.

He would be doing Karl a favor by forcing him to finally STFU, because if he really repeats the claim and presents "evidence" he would be relitigating a decided topic in the court of public opinion, and Billy could go and really fuck him again for that. This tweet came as a result where in his video on a Russian YouTuber that was stealing his content, in the beginning he pointed out another speedrunning content youtuber named "Storster" ripped his script almost word for word from a similar video of his on the Todd Rodgers cheating scandal on Atari Dragster. He referred to Storster as "She/Her" despite taking one listen to his voice on video will say otherwise.

But I'm not interested in that, what caught me off guard was the fact that he called another Speedrun history youtuber Storster "she/her".

This should pretty clearly put to rest the 'maybe it was his bad lawyers who messed it up'. This guy's personality and ego definitely went into a lawyer's office and told them they were wrong when they gave the basic lawyer advice any lawyer would have given, and twisted the story and his own legal defense to fit his own belief because his ego couldn't admit he was wrong.

Further evidence to me is the time stamped section with how he reacts during the Completionist lawyer rebuttal video. While I don't think he was wrong about Jirard's charity, he did get one thing very wrong by claiming Jirard was breaking the law by "not signing" the tax returns. Literally every adult in America caught that fuckup immediately as Jobst not understanding they were e-signed. When Moon Channel brings it up Jobst copes and sneeds for 2-3 minutes talking about how it was so inconsequential he didn't bother to look it up (how did he think this made it sound any better?) but the glaring thing is that the nigger cannot even bring himself to say he was wrong, he just says it was 'incorrect' while sneeding for another few minutes.
