He did say he had a history of acne (which can cause redness of the skin). He said he has “sensitive” skin which I’m calling a lie. Some people skin are so bad that they constantly have breakouts and red skin all the time. Phil doesn’t have outbreaks. He could be drunk; he’ll, he could have lupus.

It is quite remarkable how every subsequent profile picture is worse than the previous one. It's very impressive actually.

What kind of profile picture is that? It looks like he's in the middle of talking, instead of just having a natural smile or expression. It looks more like an automatic YouTube thumbnail than an actual profile picture.

The thing with Phil is he doesn’t feel shame and have a giant ego. People who are humble can look at their faults and try to better themselves. Someone like this would look at this pic and say “hell no, this is shit. I’m gonna take a better one” however, Phil’s ego warped his mind to a point that he doesn’t see any flaws. I'm going to guess that the lack of HVAC in this day and age will be something that is a negative when it comes to buyers checking out the place and the valuation.
But I'm pretty sure he does have central heating (he must given he lives in Seattle)

True, he does have heating, but you need to replace the whole system when getting an AC. That floor unit he rolls out in the late spring does jack shit.

I think heating is required by law in all 50 states.

It’s *completely* insane by normal standards so DSP-typical (DSPical?) that he hasn’t put central air in that condo. But then again he hasn’t even maintained working bathrooms so…

Also houses without central heating and air are very common in Seattle. Up until the last few heat waves it had fewer homes with central air than any other city in USA, I think San Fransisco is that city now.
