Didn't they have a change, like a decade ago, to go more from actual nazi to more just anti-immigration, etc..?
Kind of, yeah.
It's like with most of all the other prominent so called right-wing parties -or how I like to call them, neo-conservatives or new-conservatives- around Europe, be it the AfD in Germany, Le Pen and the National Rally party in France, Meloni and the Brothers of Italy, the FPÖ in Austria and so on and on.
All these new conservative parties are basically like their traditional counterparts main but more like how the traditional conservatives parties were back in the 60s, 70s and 80s (actual conservative) but also open to people who are even more far-right and are actual fascist/neo-nazi. But all these fascists and neo-nazis in all of these neo-conservative parties aren't the majority and a lot of them tend to get kicked out of the parties again as soon as they start to make too much noise.
Being anti-immigration has become the hot topic for obvious reasons and has become the main selling point of these neo-conservative parties bc the more traditional conservative parties have all watered down their positions and people aren't believing them anymore.
I mean, I'm German and you woud be surprised how many people here wouldn't recognize a fucking SS death's head. Heck, we even have Arabs running around spotting Nazi insignias as tattoos and on shirts bc of what's happening in Israel/Palestine. Tried to find the image of a very well-known Arab clan member in Berlin who was throwing sieg heils on a protest and showing his German imperial eagle tattoo but I can't find it anymore.
Also a swastika isn't exclusively tied to Nazism in Finland. Or at least not that strong as like here in Germany, Austria or in France or Poland. Branches of their armies have used a swastika long before the Third Reich and even after. The Finns also allowed Jews in their army even when they were aligned with Nazi Germany.

Nazi tattoos would still be pretty frowned upon in both Finland and the US, outside of the Thunderdome where they think obese manlets with 3 teeth are the master race
