Trump is one of the few presidents who breaks the mould. One of his favourites was Truman, and it shows with him. He is like a mix of Eisenhower and Truman. I am curious about Starmer's angle now, I think he might go full deportation. Yes, this is totally a move to try and save his career, but hey, it is very different.

Anyone catch the headline on the daily mail website earlier today, telling people that cyber attacks against infrastructure by Russia are imminent and all households should have 72-hour kits of enough food and water and meds to last them?
It was dropped within 30 minutes of being on the website and vanished completely. If anything does happen then it'll be because the infrastructure in this country is fucked, not because Russia attacks us.

I mean it's just plain old common sense. Anyone who doesn't have such provisions needs to sort their shit out. However, making it the headlines on the DM website smacks of manipulation of some kind and its all the more interesting it vanished.
Doesn't just apply to food either. If you drive and it's safe to then keeping a couple of Jerry cans of fuel about is also sensible,too. Also off the top of my head: power banks and spare charging cable (if you can find a small solar powered charging bank, all the better) a wind up radio, torch, batteries, hygiene supplies, bin liners, bottled water and a penknife are also essentials.

It's really not safe because if the person behind you doesn't drive safe you're going to die in an inferno. Plus petrol doesn't store for long period of time and you're risking completely fucking your engine pouring degraded petrol into it. I've just ruined everyone's enjoyment of zombie movies with that.

Its bollocks really. All but the very poor have a couple of weeks of food in their houses. You won't starve in 72 hours,
You can buy yourself a cheap Chinese generator to ensure you are not without power. Powerful enough to power some lights, radio, keep your phone and tablets charged, etc.
Just be prepared for your neighbours calling round asking for a candy floss and a toffee apple.

Here's a list of the removed episodes from Hooked on Money Phonics onwards, which are the episodes currently available. (I'm not including the five obviously banned ones about the Prophet Mohammed, may piss be upon him)
It's shit like this which is why I'm going out of my way to build an archive of older British comedy and stuff that I actually like. God forbid the day comes when 'Allo 'Allo is banned because it pisses off the frenchies.

What's bizarre is that I think some of those episodes were removed because they might 'encourage bullying' or be considered otherwise insensitive, but younger people — the probably justification for why they were removed in the first place — are probably going to watch that shit online via a streaming service as opposed to conventional TV. All the episodes are up (except the 'Two Days Before the Day After Tomorrow' for some reason?) on Paramount+
The synopsis reads: S11 E14: The girls in the fourth grade class have made a secret list that rates every boy's looks from cutest to ugliest. When the boys steal the list, they are completely unprepared to deal with the results
So yeah, with the idea in mind that these episodes might encourage 'bullying', it makes sense why they took it down, as impotent as it is.

Absolutely, they are petrified of people like Lowe because people listen to him, and with Reform on the decline, it gives Lowe a lot more spotlight. Scott Tennerman has been listed as the most perfect South Park episode. Why the fuck did they ban awesom-o. Yet they did not ban the Museum of Tolerance episode. They missed a really good punchline there.
