Oh, no. I mean he's felling pressure to make money to pay Randaza and other associated retarded expenses. I expect if his parents had their druthers that'd be settled so it stays out of the Margaritaville fund.
I assume his parents will force him to settle before something actually interesting might happen like a trial in the Monty case. It simply makes too much sense to settle. Of course Nick would rather not do it, but unless he intends to represent himself, I don't know if he's really the one who will decide.

Was it not revealed that that one other local attorney offered to help him develop as a lawyer and "ODD" Nick declined?
You mean Monty's lawyer? Yes.

It's Nick.
What we do is apply common sense. Skelly will do the exact opposite to that.
His enabler parents won't care.

"You shouldn't shove a fork into a mains outlet and then lick it."
:really: said who? I read 40 abstracts and two quora posts. Watch me.

He's calling Aaron's lawyer an unethical garbage heap. This means Aaron's lawyer isn't just highly ethical, he's also a very good attorney.
It's hilarious that he thinks anyone cares about his legal opinion after the "muh watermark" affair. Given that Aaron isn't exactly loaded with cash, I can only surmise that his lawyer is excellent value for his price range.

-EDIT- I think he also feels like he needs to build his reputation back up before trial, not that he necessarily intends to grift off Monty. I think he'd rathe everyone forget.
I hope Nick tries to get back into streaming seriously so he can see how small his fan base is now.

Nitrous Nicky has been WRONG on literally every single case prediction ever where he had a personal involvement.
Considering how Aaron's attorney lowered a felony to a petty misdemeanor and whatever associated time in a cage, house arrest or local janitorial business to a meager dollars-fucking-fifty which is less than a parking ticket in many areas -- I'd say he's more than just a decent attorney.

How much did Skelly spend on that Randazza guy again in the Monty case? Watch him lose that and snatch up LOTY 2025. When will the RALPHAMALE get his rightful throne?

Two things:

1. Random thought... I can't say that Nick is capable of checkers, let alone 3D chess, but he may be trying to get Aaron and his lawyer riled up before whatever plea/negotiation hearing is happening on Thursday.

2. Melton's live and Nick's in chat.

Context, he was looking up his earnings on Playboard due to what Melton was talking about:

I get a warm fuzzy feeling when Nick mentions tax fraud.
I believe the Rekieta Rule states that if Nick accuses anyone of anything, he's even more guilty of it himself.

He'd probably best not go around talking about tax fraud, if you know what I'm saying.

Just so you know Nick, cocaine for your child will never be considered a deductible business expense, not even in DSP world.

For Aaron, sure.

For everybody else, you can just go with "Your eight year old tested positive for cocaine."

I like the "I fucked your wife while you were letting your 8 y/o get into your coke stash."

And it works for lots of people, not just Aaron. Jamaicans. Trekkies. etc.

This is minimally worthy of an ethics complaint to the bar (or whatever the equivalent in MN is). It's definitely bordering on defamation. But for Nick, he's so far gone, I don't know the juice would be worth the squeeze- unless you can crack the trust.
He's already breaking the rules. He's claiming another lawyer is unethical and/or unfit. There is no wiggle room "shall report." Scurrilous and vague twitter accusations don't count as a report but they certainly point to Rekieta having knowledge of it. He needs to report the misconduct or apologize.

MN Rules:

Rule 8.3 Reporting Professional Misconduct

(a) A lawyer who knows that another lawyer has committed a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct that raises a substantial question as to that lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects, shall inform the appropriate professional authority.

Not really. On the other hand, the whole business about Nick hacking Aaron's email and spying on his attorney-client privileged communications and publicly bragging about it is an issue much more than "minimally worthy", but Aaron is a moron and thus you can basically guarantee he won't do anything even after his own case has ended.

Nick is resigned to the fact that the horse has already bolted re: him having an effect on Aaron's case. Given his track record, he might even get a C & D from April for invoking her name in catty accusations towards local lawyers and Aaron's buddies

Another episode of 'The Libertarian Non-Lawyer Tries To Sic The IRS On People'.
Meanwhile he and Wil Herren clutch their pearls because someone emailed Wil’s boss to point out he has no business reporting on Nick’s case after directly involving himself in the drama with Aaron.

If this disgusting POS didn’t have double standards he wouldn’t have any.

I was led to believe that Aaron sent it personally or he had someone send it. Was it him, under his discretion or some idiotic STMS viewer?
Hell, I wouldn't put it pass his a-logs pretending to be a viewer just to stir the pot.

It's in the Toe thread, Aaron denied involvement. Take that for what it's worth. Wil had never directly claimed it was Aaron.
