He's already breaking the rules. He's claiming another lawyer is unethical and/or unfit. There is no wiggle room "shall report." Scurrilous and vague twitter accusations don't count as a report but they certainly point to Rekieta having knowledge of it. He needs to report the misconduct or apologize.

Not really. On the other hand, the whole business about Nick hacking Aaron's email and spying on his attorney-client privileged communications and publicly bragging about it is an issue much more than "minimally worthy", but Aaron is a moron and thus you can basically guarantee he won't do anything even after his own case has ended.

Aaron said that posts on Wil Herren's Twitter feed "all but confirmed" that Wil Herren was told by his boss to cut out the Internet drama shit. No posts on Wil Herren's feed discussed being told by his boss to cut out anything, but there were 2 posts implying Aaron contacted his boss.

Aaron also explicitly said he was contacted by a fan who revealed that "people" were compiling information to send to his employer about Wil Herren's "alignment behind the scenes with Melton, Nick, and the Dabbleverse" which "could get Wil fired from his real job".

Where did the Melton alignment come into it? First I’ve seen that mentioned as motivation (granted I never watch Melton and only see Steel Toe clips).

Wil and Nick are pushing the idea that Aaron contacted Wil’s employer, without mentioning any evidence they have of that. If they had it, they’d say so. Until then I don’t believe anything either of these wetbrain alcoholics have to say.
