Currently, all Josh has said is he was denied for the 2024 subway incident. My searching seems to indicate this is likely the subway surfing arrest incident. The Reddit has a few old threads discussing this topic, I have archived them below and included the video Josh posted where it seems he is outside of the subway car. I have yet been able to find an arrest record. This thread previously talked about the arrest here.

The airline will do their best to make you pay, but ultimately its their responsibility to get you out of there. So if you refuse to pay, you will fly home for free - though they will take you to civil court for the damages.

Good. Civilized countries should look at immigrants and scumbags like nuisance streamers and deny them entry. There is no reason pieces of shit like Josh, Johnny Somali, or whatever should be allowed into countries to disgrace their countries of origin.

All countries should refuse entry to these pieces of shit.

He was denied injury because he’s a stinky smelly alcoholic rat and, unlike the other places he has gone, Dubai does not need his business.

Immigration didn’t need to any background check; one look and more importantly one SMELL and they decided he was gone.

Maybe they somehow got access to his arrest records but I doubt they had too. He had no business in their country.

I can’t wait to hear from Josh about this experience. So many angry stims will be created by this and eventual taunting it will create.

Answer is it depends on a ton of factors, including what countries are involved, airport, and airline.
Disclaimer: this is not current. I had a friend who...lets just say via the magic of AIM had Girlfriends in Canada lots of countries and would fly out to visit have dirty filthy semi-anonymous sex with international sluts ages 18-35 who wanted a Deep South american dicking. So its been well over a decade since I got the international travel skinny.

If you are not responsible for your denial (that is, you have your documents in order but the country refuses to issue a visa) the airline is often expected to eat the cost of returning you. They may try to bill you but as long as you have a return (or connecting) ticket you can usually tell them to eat shit.
If you have done something retarded or lied on the international ticket order form (i.e. would be ineligible for entry to the country) they will absolutely make every attempt to claw back the cost of returning you.

Some countries, like Japan, mandate that the airlines have to eat the cost of flying back anyone who doesn't pass muster. They may still try to fuck you, but you can usually give them the finger because they were required to take into the fact they might have to fly you back into the ticket price. Basically the less developed the country, the more likely the airline will try to make pay for flying you back. The more cut-rate the airline, the more likely they'll try get you to pony up for getting flown back.
But being responsible for you is why the airlines always make you show your passport before they'll let you on an international flight.

which is why when you go to bang some fat jewess you might run into problems getting into some muslim country, requiring your hookup to hurry up to the airport so you can fuck her in the airport bathroom before your mandatory return flight.
