Approaching day 50 of SR for the first time. The benefits I’ve been getting are amazing. The best benefit that has surfaced is that I’m confident, quick, and well spoken when interacting with anyone. The downside is the random extreme surges of strength it has given me. I read and listen to music daily to try to make myself more grounded and productive, but i still get very abnormal amounts of strength that I have never known in my life. I honestly have frightened myself by breaking things just by grabbing them with what i thought was normal strength. I started going to the gym to try to expel this energy out but it only made me more stronger. I am very scared to continue this journey because I’m not sure what to do if I get any more stronger than this, I fear for the safety of my friends and family that just by simply touching them I could harm them. I see it in women, too, the way that they look at me has changed, on day 10 I was getting a lot more attraction than I usually ever get but by day 25 I was noticing they had more of a scared look on their face than attraction, and it seemed that the magnetism was doing the opposite effect. It seemed like they could tell that I was so abnormally strong so they avoid me. Not sure what to do and haven’t seen anything like this mentioning it on the sub from what I looked at anything will help please give me some advice. Thanks.
