Meanwhile all he does is humiliate himself even further.
It is incredible that this entire clusterfuck would have gone a lot better if the first step after the arrest would have been a TRO between all parties prohibiting them from talking about what had taken place.

All of the involved would gotten out of it a lot better if they had just STFU.

I actually think Nick is going to federal prison. If you look at all this shit through the lense of a federal prosecutor (at best you're an overly serious nerd who doesn't like people jacking around too much) Nick is a key figure in an organized crime family along with Dax Herrera, Ethan Ralph and whatever Riley the Wigger's real name is; that traffic's narcotics and systematically engages in witness intimidation when things start going bad.

I'm not saying that's what it is in real life, but I think you could make it into that for prosecution purposes. I have a strong feeling the government is tired of people being scoff-laws about drug shit on the Internet and they have a history of getting their panties extremely twisted about anything that can be called witness tampering. Nick and Dick both routinely and blatantly engage in witness tampering and help each other out doing it.

Nick blatantly engaging in federally prohibited computer hacking in furtherance if it is just a bridge to far and won't stand. It will be the straw the breaks the cammel's back.
I did some conservative scoring for him and his record. 2-3 years a likely sentence. It could get to more if wire fraud gets involved. More still for accessing privileged information.

He's going to Club Fed, if at all. Reminder: he's not a violent offender, he commited a white collar crime, he's a millionaire and he has kids the authorities would have to busy themselves with if they locked Nick up.

Ahahahaha no.
You make him sound like Pablo Escobar.
There is a greater than 0 possibility Nick will troon out to avoid the consequences of his legal shortcomings.
We joke but realistically there's 0 possibility Nick will troon out to avoid legal consequences. Unless he molested a kid or something, which CAN NOT BE RULED OUT WITH HIS LITTLE GIRL HE COKED UP FOR SOME REASON so maybe you're right. Could trooning out could get him written off the inheritance? We know that's the only thing he's afraid of at this point.

Have you ever read a federal indictment? They make everyone sound like Pablo, it's the name of the game.

I may be shooting rainbows that he gets indicted, especially in some kind of conspiracy or tampering charge. But if he does get federally charged on anything it will sound absolutely over the top to us because that's just how they operate.

I really think the "worst day ever" was Nick finding out about her affair(s) and her blaming him by saying she was driven into the arms of another man by him being wrapped up in work and emotionally unavailable. He always had problems but ever since then the weird sex stuff got out of control, his already bad takes on religion went totally off the rails, and he became obsessed with scheduling/being busy/working too much. It just fits too well, IMO.

I take no position on how to blame Nick actually was, but the fact the a she seems to have been a pill zombie since atleast the first kid makes me think there were always deep problems that were ignored. Ditto for Nicks extremely casual relationship with the truth, it was always there - he just used to at least seem to feel bad about it.
I think it would even more hilarious if the worst day (besides the 100% overdose of the kid), is Nick finding out that only his favorite "coke psycho" kid is his child.
Which would also fit with the fact that seemingly only she is "bonkers" and will kill her boyfriend or whatever Nick once mentioned.

It's not from the company side. Only myself, the owner, and President of Operations has the file. It came from my Google drive. The copies they have are physical copies. I have the digital
I really hope the Feds have subpoenaed Google and Nick's ISP for the access logs, including associated IP addresses. Nick would’ve been too clueless to use a VPN consistently while accessing your files. He's a techno-retard, there’s no way he had a proper VPN killswitch in place, especially considering how often he says his internet drops at home. If he was in your accounts, he almost certainly exposed his real public IP at some point.

I am not well-acquainted with U.S. law. If you do not mind me asking, which federal or state laws might Rekieta have violated to achieve this score, assuming he truly invaded Aaron's account without permission? This scenario appears quite plausible, although I'm not certain he'll be charged for any of this just yet.

Look at you, telling big brother how to do surveillance.

You will get an FBI snitch medal. :story:

That... explains so much. Kayla cheated, it broke Nick's brain and ego to the point he's been sneakily humiliating her in public view as revenge. Nick's gay catfight with Aaron is because Kayla liked fucking him more than Nick, so he's trying something, anything, to humiliate Aaron in desperate attempt to salvage what remains of his self-esteem.
I mean if that happened wouldn't it all have been easier for Nick to just divorce her and then have sex with the wine moms in his chat? Why self destruct your own life for no reason when you could just toss Kayla aside, especially since he brags about how he has a good prenup or whatever.

S. Code § 1030(a)(2)(C) – Unauthorized Access to a Protected Computer. The basic one almost always charged.

S. Code § 1030(a)(4) – Accessing with Intent to Defraud - defraud can be looking at legal strategies or even trying to damage reputation.

Code § 1343 – Wire Fraud.

Code § 1028A – Aggravated Identity Theft. You can trigger this merely by sending on certain documents, like banking, SSN, even if the person doesn't use it.

S. Code § 1512): If the shared emails interfered with legal proceedings. Ut oh.

Violation of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA): If the attacker intercepted or disclosed emails without authorization.

Conspiracy (18 U.S. Code § 371): If done with others.

I only bothered looking at the first 3. It can get pretty hectic. He will likely plea out though, but jail time pretty much guaranteed. How much depends on the aggregating factors and how many distributed to.

If they nail him on it, he is going to prison.

Maybe their families strong armed them into staying together

Maybe Nick's a weak willed pussy that can't muster the strength to leave

Or maybe Nick thought that kayla cheating means that he can manipulate her into letting him do whatever he wants, making her the ultimate partner (one that can't stop him from cheating)

Look at Nick's wording. That seems to exclude physical or emotional affairs, are they are considered usual.

No, it is going to be something weird. Like disclosing certain info to someone. It's clearly something Nick considers infidelity, but others struggle to get there. Maybe she served a whisky to someone lol.

Wet brain alcoholism and a need to keep up the trad Christian dad image he’d cultivated for money.

That goddamn Petrofac money methinks.
Other reason: cucking drove Nick legit clinically insane, he concluded there is truly no God or justice in this world, some nihilist loser shit like that, and decided the only thing he has left in his life is taking revenge for all his suffering, imagined or not, by making everyone he could miserable and dragging them to Hell along with himself. That would explain why he apparently loves embarassing himself so much, it validates that decision. Maybe he unironically started worshipping Satan; to quote Thomas Mann: By its very nature, theology tends - and under certain conditions, must always tend - to become demonology.

That might help him with Minnesota, but it won't help him federally under this administration. You might have noticed that Trump has had it up to here with the troon shit.

BTW, if Nick does face federal charges, I can 100% guarantee you the very first thing the Balldoguards will do is screech about how Trump needs to pardon him.

Hell, I've seen some of them do it already, because they're too stupid to understand that the President has no power to pardon state offenses.
