I'm not a psychologist, but it seems to me that Nick gets off on making people uncomfortable, possibly because of his ODD or whatever it is
I'm fairly sure he's just outright said he loves to do this, because he's a massive asshole.
He loves the idea of overriding someone else's boundaries and imposing his will on them, same as how he loves to talk about his degenerate sex life.
He acts like a sex predator. Non-zero chance he's had some compromising conversations with his female fans who've yet to come out and detail what weird shit he's talked about with them, but don't want to, because they're afraid of the backlash from his fans. Legal Mindset mentioned a while back that several women he knows have told him privately that Nick has had extended (as in, hours-long) conversations with them, disregarding that they're either in relationships with boyfriends, or are married, and their partners have had questions as to why Nick is acting like a fucking weirdo.
It's probably similar to how a kid gets giddy when he sneaks a bite of cake when a parent tells them they can't except he's a 45 year old man making Kyle Rittenhouse uncomfortable by talking about futas.
I'd honestly prefer he asks people like Rittenhouse cringe meme questions about futanaris having balls or no balls. Because the alternative really stupid fucking thing he could've done was ask Rittenhouse questions that could severely impact him legally down the road (Like asking him how it felt to kill someone, while people were trying to sue him civilly), which he knew could and would happen, but did anyways, because he has no respect for anyone's boundaries.
Oh wait, he did fucking do exactly that.
When he says he doesn't keep secrets as if he's suddenly respecting the feelings of others, he's lying. He lies as easily as breathes, when his mouth isn't full of cocks he's deepthroating to completion.
Why self destruct your own life for no reason when you could just toss Kayla aside, especially since he brags about how he has a good prenup or whatever.
He won't divorce Kayla (yet) because he
doesn't have a prenup, and probably pressure from his parents to not do it. On more than one stream, Nick said in the event of a divorce, it'd be incredibly difficult for one side to completely fuck the other.
I actually wonder if Nick's parents threatened to completely turn off trust fund disbursements for him in the event he does divorce her, or at least have arrangements made so any trust fund disbursements his family would've receive would go completely to the grandchildren (and probably Kayla) and nothing for him, meaning he'd have to *gasp* work for a living like the people he looks down on. It'd be like rewarding the enemy, and Nick's enemy is anyone who tells him no or stops him from doing whatever he wants.
Being told you can't actually just leave your wife and kids behind to do drugs and fuck random women who aren't your wife, and you'll have to work for a living, is basically the same as telling him to kill himself, if you're someone as lazy and pathetic as Nick. He'd rather die, or at the very least (according to Aaron) mimic pointing a finger gun into your mouth and pulling the trigger. How fucking pathetic.
