He finally used Grok for the script (like someone suggested earlier on here) and he didn't liked that the script required him to admit guilt and missleading people. Tho he probably for the first time listened to his lawyers about shuting up (except for his discord as his hugbox which in a way is even more funny to me).

I changed my mind. Karl Jobst actually rules. He tricked a bunch of man-baby gamers into donating their mcdonalds wages towards his yolo lawsuit. Meanwhile, he did 0 preparation, didn't shut the fuck up, and lost the case. This is probably the best thing that could have happened because it means less people will waste their lives on the sisyphean endeavor known as speedrunning.

I don't think anyone needs to actively help Karl make a fool of himself.
His cope non-retraction and non-apology video will do that all on its own.

I expect a triple down narrative and mega cope about evidence they could not use, while at the same time being a cowardly faggot and not appealing and explaining it away with "I have to think of my family".

He will pick the middle option that saves him money, while at the same time not accepting responsibility for the mistakes he made and how deceptively he covered his own legal case.

And if he goes with the mega cope "but muh evidence" option he will get sued again, and lose again.

The more I read his post history and even what he's posting right now in his discord it's clear the size of the ego on this guy. Honestly I feel there's some narcissistic tendencies on display. I know it is because of his ego but one of the things that stood out from those really old forum posts was when he would flare up over what sounded like other users making baseless or unsolicited judgement calls on runs where the suggestion was seemingly not even possible. There was multiple times he specifically said something like "If you don't have the years of experience I do in this, shut the fuck up instead of talking about something you do not understand n00b".
Like he knew the value of experience and a having position of authority on something at some point in his life, until the day notch's lawyer said "hey you dumb ghost faced abbo shut the fuck up and retract that, that's your best course of action"
