GURA ALERT
So, Gura just said "Go in, make money, go die."

When you look at this alongside other recent events, one can logically deduce that she's made enough money from Hololive and also has a terminal disease so she's going to retire soon and Hololive will collapse.
Mori Derangement Syndrome thread?
Mori is objectively the best rapper alive right now. One can only imagine how many people this angers.

Coyote, from the Kemono Friends Vtuber channel connected to the anime, is graduating in May:

waiting for the controversy when it comes out that mori has someone chained up as a sex slave in her basement like a real rapper
this is ofc after the music video full of eve online ships that features her making actual crack
People should stop calling her a workaholic until she's kidnapped a homeless crackhead off the street to ghost-write songs for her and released like 500 songs in a year

Lani, a well known Brave manager, was allegedly terminated for a NDA breach that was fabricated by the upper management (X | A). According to her they are probably going to sue her for defamation since she spoke up.

There really should be a thread about all the shit Brave has done so far.
This is former Brave talent Abi Kadabura's response to Lani's firing. If Lani is telling the true then yeah all the EN girls need to be running for the hills. Especially you Lisa.

Why does everyone always have to give these half-assed vague-posting statements . I get it - she is afraid of getting sued or attacked by brave but she still wants to both virtue signal and support her friend and/ or collogue inside and outside the corpo. I don't think this is the best way tho. The reason the Zaion/ Sayu incident was so damaging to Nijisanji, is that Sayu actually made some specific claims, and gave some very specific details regarding her problems, (all while keeping everyone involved anonymous). Just a personal pet peeve of mine I guess.

On the topic of graduation rrats, apparently Altare was strongly considering graduating but decided against it.
Seeing how poorly Magni/Caspurr is doing as indie is probably not very encouraging as well, Holostars fans seem to be a lot more into the group dynamic than Hololive fans tbh.
Dooby and Nimi's fanbase seems to have migrated almost completely, while Randon and Caspurr have lost a huge amount of fans.

It's a shame about Vesper/Magni. I was mostly a fan of Vesper, the scholarly vampire. I found that combo with his personality, appealing. A buck broken office worker orc is just not interesting to me, especially when Randon is such a calm nerdy guy.
As for Caspurr, he waited almost 2 years to debut, for it to just be average and gayer.

Im going to be mostly favorable to her and it just seems like a weaker willed woman who has no idea how to go about speaking up against a shitty company.
Sayu had the benefits of being surprisingly cool headed and getting a lawyer right away to help her draft her pretty damning statement and iirc, showed recepits for most of the damning claims.
If we take the fired Brave manager's statement at face value, Brave seemingly plays dirty and does legal fuckery to try and strongarm retards into being quiet. Even if its a retarded thing you cant really always blame retards for actually being scared of lawyer-fu. Especially since Abi seemingly lived or lives in Brazil

This is purely speculation on my part, but Brave also has alot of surpising influence with some Dramafags, FalseEyeD (Vtuber Keemstar) has given them much more leeway on their mismanagement stories and there is a surpsing amount of twitter retards and redditors who think Brave is a standout good corpo, possibly to replace the Niji niche of being not-hololive tm and tribalfaging about it

It's worth noting though that in both Dooby and Nimi's cases, and honestly in the case of all ex corpo vtubers, they start off strong and slip downward as is the case with both of them month over month their average viewship declines. so It's still in the air how much of their old viewership they'll actually retain. The good news however is that now that they are indie they don't NEED that same amount of viewership to be successful as they no longer have to cut up their earnings with a company.

Magni I think is a pretty poor counterexample and not even what I would say is indicative of holostar fans. when you look at dooby/Nimi they both had a smooth transition over to restarting on their new/PL accounts. Fauna was back live again what like a week later and already prepped with a merch drop at that.

Now look at magni, who graduated in august 2023, after already being on hiatus for like a month, and then didn't debut caspurr until a full year later in august 2024 spending that year instead fucking about as Lando and going to conventions barely streaming. so it's natural that in that time most of his viewers kind of fell off. Vesper saw a decline but it's more or less in line with what I would expect of an ex corpo vtuber in general, He's a 3 view now but at the time of his departer he was not often getting beyond 1.5k anyway (I think people tend to forget when remembering vesper fondly that as the stars newness wore off and more members joined, as well as Vesper's own menhera episodes, that his viewship had slipped from his old 5k glory days to 1-2k in the months before his departure.
