Melton's issue is the greater risk of what else the investigation finds in his PC. That is most likely to land him in the pokey

I don't think the two are comparable. One pertains to highly private information that includes client and attorney shit, which Skelly sent to the fat nonce knowing it was hacked information. The two are heavily involved with this individual, one legally even due to a few last cases.I don't know who any of these new side characters are. Who they are is irrelevant. All I said is that Nick illegally accessed someone's data and made it available to others and those others are not committing a crime by looking at it since they did not illegally access the data. It's really no different than the 4chan hack that just happened and their data being posted on that KF thread right now. You're over there looking at it, are you committing a crime?
Fuck, we could've had a Youtube style reality TV show of them opening a torta shop in Mexico. Then probably being murdered by cartels or killing each other over a Mexican hooker.this is probably correct but what a misstep by her if so. nick is batting .000 in court cases. she probably would have gotten the kids, the houses, the trust, maybe even the balldo collection. rekieta would be living in the shack with ralph by now
I'm not lawyer, as a disclaimer, but I can read.I'm sure this is notionally possible. When the federal govt comes after your ass, they can move mountains to fuck up your life. But it's never seemed to me to be a likely prospect given that Melton didn't access the account himself.
I don't think unauthorized access to a computer system ("hacking" crimes) makes a distinction for the type of data that's found there. The crime is how the data was accessed not what data was accessed. What any of these other people unrelated to the hacking did with the data once they had access to it is a separate issue. Melton or whoever harassing someone using info derived from the data would be a crime even if permission was granted to access it in the first place.I don't think the two are comparable. The other is now public information as everything was posted on a public board. The hacking is illegal and the information was illegally obtained, but viewing it on a public board isn't. It's not CSAM/CP/minor nudity or animal abuse material where viewing it is illegal in itself.
It's amazing that they can both look like rapists while looking so different
In other words, Aaron puts work into his passions while Nick takes advantage of others. Even younger the differences make themselves known.Aaron look like a energetic rapist, ambush then catch you while you are jogging on a trail kind.
Nick has more of a low energy beta male rapist thing going, like getting a chick blackout drunk in a guest room at a home party
I was only talking about viewing it. Only one or two users flew the idea of skelly seeing bars. I don't agree. The comparison between viewing a few emails of 4chan's useless jannies is different to seeing client-attorney privileged information, while in the process also potentially trying to extort someone into silence by using "alleged nudes sent to LOCALS users".I don't think unauthorized access to a computer system ("hacking" crimes) makes a distinction for the type of data that's found there. If this is an earnest question, it's because Aaron has a new sign. It was, apparently, expensive, heavy, and something of a joke on his stream as of today. He didn't have time to do the anchoring thing in the wall.
Ah shit. He's got a PowerPad?Getting back to Nick, what IS funny is that this is the man incapable of appearing on ANYONE'S streams (several in the last few months) without his camera seizing up every 40 seconds...looking like this... and with this type of workstation and studio historically:
That's literally the most retarded dumb shit you could possibly say.I don't know who any of these new side characters are. Who they are is irrelevant.
He's got the NES set that came with the PowerPad.Ah shit. He's got a PowerPad?
I like game collecting, so I won't give him shit for that, but it's pretty NERDY
Short answer: He's a salty bitch.Could any Denny's-whisperers please decipher this one? Surely a guy who can't even cover a VFW tab wouldn't be big-timing Anthony fucking Cumia over his not being rich enough for private jets, so what instead is the profound insight being imparted here?
I saw that. I can't claim to be a whisperer, but here's my take (sadly, I know the lore from STMS):Could any Denny's-whisperers please decipher this one? Surely a guy who can't even cover a VFW tab wouldn't be big-timing Anthony fucking Cumia over his not being rich enough for private jets, so what instead is the profound insight being imparted here?

His new joke template of "Imagine [doing something that isn't particularly notable]" is pathetic. Come on Nick, I thought you were a stand-up comedian, where's the original material?Could any Denny's-whisperers please decipher this one? Surely a guy who can't even cover a VFW tab wouldn't be big-timing Anthony fucking Cumia over his not being rich enough for private jets, so what instead is the profound insight being imparted here?

I think the Myopia of poverty is preventing us from understanding the incredible witticism here. Much Like a Cop at Denny's.Could any Denny's-whisperers please decipher this one? Surely a guy who can't even cover a VFW tab wouldn't be big-timing Anthony fucking Cumia over his not being rich enough for private jets, so what instead is the profound insight being imparted here?

Bro, his comedy senpai is Juju. A man whose comedy repertoire is 90% jokes about fat women. His new joke template of "Imagine [doing something that isn't particularly notable]" is pathetic. Come on Nick, I thought you were a stand-up comedian, where's the original material?
I think Melton will be in enough trouble to flip him. He was by far the most vocal in this operation, using the hack and its proceeds as content for his show, and harassing/intimidating Aaron with its content or supposed content. Any "journalistic protection/exception" is unlikely to apply, because he and Aaron have a history. Even before the proceeds from the hack were used Melton was using Aaron for content, some of it in poor taste but meh, it is what it is. For me the problem starts when he uses the data to harass Aaron and pretty openly threatens him with the release of more data and how bad that would be for Aaron, pushing a humiliation angle.I don't think anyone genuinely believes that Meltonne will be in any trouble, unless they find sussy shit on his hard drives in the process.
They're both getting away with it but it's funny to see everyone squirm.
You can't bring up NPD without mentioning narcissistic collapse. It's very interesting to see it happen in such a public manner.Nick is in a severe shame spiral right now. His false reality he built up all his life continues to crumble around him. Don't forget drug addiction comes with paranoia, and the fact that he's already an NPD means he also has paranoid ideation. That means he trusts no one, not even his own family, and that mistrust could lead to some very interesting scenarios involving a fat, greasy pedophile who he foolishly trusted wouldn't stab him in the back.
