The letter is just about meaningless because all she is doing is begging the judge not to send Nick to prison and to put him on probation. Which given the state sentencing guidelines is the nearly inevitable outcome anyway.

The consequences of the plea deal being rejected don't really have to do with Nick at all. If the plea deal were rejected, the people to suffer would be Kayla and April.
Someone can correct me but I think it's normal to provide letters of support to be taken into account during sentencing when you are white collar or wealthy. I don't know shit by the way I'm mostly basing this off of reading about
the letters of support a bunch of celebrities wrote for the chomo Nickelodeon dialogue coach Brian Peck
when he was convicted of molesting Drake Bell.

She's been printing money covering the "What the Hales" lolsuits, mostly riding TUG's coat-tails, but she isn't going broke
That shit is a circus full of retards. Megan and TUG churn out some AI song and all the Facebook boomers following this toss them superberries.

The guy is a lolcow unto himself, but I'd jump in front of a train if I tried to set up a prospering grounds on him.

Saw the letter posted on Sean's locals wall by someone. She's clearly throwing barbs at Kayla with the "primary caretaker" comment, lol. She wants to be the new April or Faran
When Rekieta started his degeneracy arc she started trying to get simpbux by wearing lower cut shirts.
It worked about as well as you'd expect.

Exactly.

She just reminded everybody what a dumb bitch she is for no reason whatsoever. She should have just continued streaming with TUG. His thread is in Spergatory, because few people care.

I really think this is more for her than Nick.

The real reason is that she covered that one teen chick 4chan whore, who got her head nearly cut off, and discovered this site was the only place hosting the death pictures taken by the murderer. She claims she contacted @Null, on behalf of the dead kid's family, in an attempt to get the pictures removed.
Wasn't that the one where the cops also e-mailed Null and asked him politely to take it down, but admitted they couldn't legally force him to? I vaguely recall something like that.

Either way, Megan should stay in her lane.

It's something you can do, yes. It's just the impact is variable and likely completely pointless in Nick's case.

If somebody sent a letter to the judge asking that Nick be giving the death penalty, I'd roll my eyes at that as well.

His thread is here, in the Weebwars subsection of Spergatory, locked.

It's there because it was a casualty of the Weebwars forum shutdown, mostly dead, and nobody could be arsed to write an OP worth a crap. Maybe some day.

Nick is at it again. Watching STMS I think and shitposting on Twitter.
Jokingly admitting to "hacking".

Nick is notoriously retarded about doubling and tripling down in order to be "ironic" and to try and obfuscate the truth (see the Montagraph arc). Nick absolutely knows he stepped in real shit and might be copping a charge. Unfortunately for him the feds love to fuck with people, and have basically unlimited resources to case build. It would be really funny to see this screenshot in a court of law used to demonstrate his mental space.

"His commitment to his work and his love of the law drove him to be one of the most successful law channels on YouTube drawing hundreds of thousands of people to engage in legal discussions."

False. Rekieta has been very clear and explicitly stated that Rekieta Law was never a law channel.

Can't be a major Rekieta paypig. The account sent no super chats on YouTube before 2024, only sending two live chat messages, both in December 2021.
She talks about lawyers and their substance abuse problems but Nick was never a practicing lawyer, how would his case relate to the average jew? He had a substance abuse problem because he was fucking around with Jamaicans, what is this cunt talking about?!

Some real foresight on their part. Planting an archive of Aaron's private data on Nick's PC right after rubbing his kid's hair down with coke and trashing the place. Bastards are gonna get away with it again. DAMN YOU POMPLUN

I don’t assume at all that he used the same account for Rekieta. Especially if he was ashamed to ever have been associated with a guy who dosed his eight year old daughter with cocaine.

Re: writing a letter to the judge.

While I'd never be tempted to write to the judge asking that Rekieta get the death penalty, I might be tempted to write reminding him, as he complains loudly to the court about muh kids, muh privacy and muh poor, poor wife who's being harrassed by nasty men online, that this is the same Nick Rekieta who holds women in such high regard that he was unable to stop himself from launching into an online rant about the stupidity of your colleague on the bench, who Nick referred to as 'Judge Pussy Liquor'.

Fortunately for Nick, I don't care enough to actually pozload my neghole.

But she also put him the role of leader of LawTube(tm).

Now we need legalbytes to write a letter recommending prison with all the clips of Rekieta hating lawtube.

While I likewise have no interest in writing to the judge, I might be tempted to point out:

- The numerous occasions on which Nick has accused county officials and the police of criminal acts from the time of the search warrant to the present. This would include statements that CPS officials committed perjury in court, that the police stole a large amount of additional cocaine during the execution of the search warrant and that the police deliberately rubbed cocaine into his young daughter's hair to make her fail a drug test.
- NIck's many statements that he has NO drug or alcohol problem whatsoever and could never have such problems. As well as his statements about his uberman status which makes addiction impossible.
- That Nick's young daughter tested positive for cocaine metabolites
- That Nick repeatedly drove without valid license plates or insurance. Further that Nick has refused to pay any of the fines associated with offenses related to him doing those things.
- A variety of statements up to the present which strongly suggests that Nick is entering a guilty plea in bad faith and believes himself still to be a totally innocent man.

I would further make two suggestions:

- That Nick be subjected to very strict drug testing for a maximal period of time under the law.
- That Nick's probation be subject to a work requirement for work outside the home other than streaming.
.

Really? A vast majority of lawyers struggle with substance abuse issues? According to the American Bar Association on Lawyer Assistance Programs, 21% of lawyers are considered 'problem drinkers' (a mealy mouthed, somewhat meaningless term that generally just means somebody who drinks more than the recommended weekly intake.) 9% of lawyers have an issue with prescription drug misuse. Less than 6% admit in a confidential survey to having used cocaine, crack or other illicit stimulants.
I think she means a vast majority of lawyers in Spicer, Minnesota.
Well, the number of lawyers dropped from 1 to 0 as of now, so even that's a moot point.

Who is even saying he's going to prison? The most optimistic estimation is some white collar shit. Nobody is even saying that. He said some retarded shit and admitted he knew literally jack-shit about anything and took some flak. Wtf.

He didn't meekly do anything. He acted like an angry, aggressive retard.
I did say that I think he will do some time in minimum security prison, but I still think that if they charge the CFAA stuff they'll also charge some kind of "interference with the administration of justice" charge to boot-fuck him extra and make it worth their time.
Kurt gets a lot of shit here, but is anybody else starting to feel he was onto something when it came to Megan?
The blind incel fire is bound to clip a couple real Ho's, but I think that's all it was from Kurt.
Most lawyers actually work, you fat stupid slob.
What kind of work does skelly do? How many clients does he have?
The extent to which he ever really practiced law is debatable to me. It seems like he never had more than about 5 cases at a time and he fucked most of them up that required anything more than emailing somebody who was already receptive to set up details on something simple.

This Megan definitely ain't no fox. 🤮. Who is this box?

That's a cute statement but I'm going to need you to retract it since, according to Nick, fat people are worthless. That's right Megan, you're fat. YOU'RE FAT. YOU'RE FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT. YOU'RE FAT YOU'RE FAT YOU'RE FAT YOU'RE FAT YOU'RE FAT FATTY FATTY FAT-FAT-FAT.

Oh and I wouldn't have sex with you.

He has had 28 or 29 (iirc) appearances as counsel in MN, verifiable on the MN Public Records site. That includes the April non-representation. His cases petered out around 2018-19, maybe one or two initiated after that. Somewhere in this thread I got into detail on it. In sum, he had about 3 years of actual attempts to practice, most appearing to require minimal work. And more than one "gee, I fucked up, please don't punish my client" letter to the Court.

Of course he claims he had "corporate clients," so I'm sure he sat around a few times with prospective clients drinking whiskey and pretending to offer useful advice.

I hope Nick studies Ralph's dance moves from outside The Blaze so that he can style on Hackamania when he gets DENIED entry.
