One thing I notice with Lolcows is that, more often than not, their parents either contributed to what they became or havent done anything to stop it so they deserve the spawn they got.
At some point you're no longer responsible for how your kids turn out. There's only so much a person can do. And when there's kids involved most grandparents will do what they think is best for the grandchildren, which usually means the kids not having to visit their parent/s in jail.

I can almost guarantee Nick showed up to his interview drunk or hungover, and tried to mask it with some mints (or peppermint schnapps).

It's been my experience with probation officers that they'll literally bend over backwards to attempt to avoid a non-custodial sentence for the person they're writing the report on.

(I think the USA and the UK might be different in this respect though, In the US, probation officers tend to train in social work departments. They're hotbeds of leftism and SJWs in their most extreme form. The USA seems to turn out probation officers who are more aligned with the punitive aspects of the criminal justice system -- but I'm really just going by what I've seen in the movies, where the probation officer wants to violate somebody's ass and send them back to jail. Nobody EVER gets violated in the UK. You'll get busted three or four times during a two year period of probation and every time your probation officer will be writing a report on why this person should be given a 93rd chance.)

But I could just imagine Nick showing up at the probation office for his pre-sentence report. PO is the standard archetypal UK liberal probation officer who never wants to send anybody to jail -- but after half an hour listening to Rekieta patronize him, tell him how stupid and inferior he is and how the rules that apply to the common proletariat shouldn't apply to him -- after half an hour of contact with Nick, he's immediately converted to the value of a custodial sentence and sees this first time middle class white offender as being the prime example of a man who would benefit from what we used to refer to as the 'short, sharp, shock.'

So is Nick in jail or what? I haven't kept tabs on this saga for a while.
Prison, actually. See, what happened was, they gave him 2 days in the local jail, but he freaked out and faked a seizure, and when the guards came in he karate-chopped 4 of them to death with his nose. So, now he's in prison.

So what are the odds he chimps out over the 30 days, and poisons the deal?

The people who benefit from the deal are Kayla and April. Deal or no deal, Nick was always going to get about the same sentence. The state sentencing guidelines control what happens.

I dont think the judge would bother breaking the deal to go after the women. He would just increase whatever Nick is getting in terms of penalties.

Two competing spiritual forces are currently battling over the fate of the body cam footage. On one side, we have the Magi-chan tulpa devouring Rekieta's life-force and destroying his life with comedic-timing. On the other, Null has accrued so much visceral hatred from all the cows that it 's generated a Ju-On curse that relishes in his perpetual suffering.

Who will win? 🤔

The judge doesn't have to include the 30 days in jail, it's just part of the recommendation from the parole officer. He could just give him probation or whatever.
The funniest outcome is the judge gives Nick way more than recommended jail time for being an annoying faggot in court.

I'm surprised his jackoff henpecked shitbag liar of a father, Bobby "The Broom" Rekieta, who perjured himself in court, didn't just write that Nick has never even touched drugs or alchohol in his life and didn't even know what drugs and alchohol are until his arrest. I'm also flabbergasted by the absolute temerity of Barneswalker Franky White, who is also a failed father, to ask for just 12 months of probation when Nick is already getting an incredibly generous deal. I understand his job is to try and get Nick the lightest sentence possible and that he has to negotiate, but that's like haggling over a $90 bottle of Lagavulin scotch (which Nick won't be allowed to drink for 5 years), and offering $5.

> Be a trust-fund rich whitebread ass nigga with five kids and a drug habit
“Now now, Nicholas, let’s be gentle. A minor slap on the wrist, a little rehab, and off you go. You poor troubled soul.”

> Be a poor, struggling, actual nigger with five kids and a drug problem
Ten years. No parole. Say goodbye to your kids, if you’re lucky, you’ll make it to their graduation in cuffs.”

The MATI rage I feel at the classist, two-tier system is unreal. Nick gets the softest landing money and whiteness can buy, not because he’s decent, not because he’s reformed—but because he was born into the right bloodline. No achievements of his own. Just inherited grace. Any other man in that position would be left to rot. But Narco Nick? He gets to fumble through life while the courts hold his hand. Disgusting.

Unless the nigger stabs a white person to death apparently. They do get that privelage.

He's going to fuck up in that 5 year period, even in a 1 year period. He's going to fuck himself over, I guarantee it.
