I personally feel like he wouldn't. Lowcows have some weird meme magic on their side with most legal proceedings. I wouldn't be surprised if they go middle ground in conviction or lean towards a generous offer. Like I see them for sure doing probation, but prison time I don't know.

Nick gets the softest landing money and whiteness can buy, not because he’s decent, not because he’s reformed—but because he was born into the right bloodline. No achievements of his own. Let's be real. Nick is a piece of shit, and deserves worse due to putting his kids through everything and exposing them to drugs, but up until he descent into drug use however many years ago, he was a more or less upstanding member of society. He took care of his kids, or at least found means for them to be taken care of, was for all intents and purposes an active member in his church, and ran a popular YouTube channel that many people really enjoyed. He also has most likely paid more in taxes (the government's metric for contributing to society) than all but the richest 10% of the negro population of Minnesota combined. This is his first major run in with the law, and the law does tend to take into account how much shit (or lack thereof) you've given them prior.

An actual nigger has, statistically, run out his second-chances by the time he's 18 1/2 and that's just because they tend to reset shit when you turn 18. If you have a black man who has actually been an upstanding member of society similar to Nick, even without the large amount of money, he'd probably get a similar slap on the wrist or more. It's just extremely unlikely for that kind of person to exist, and get into heavy drug use at a later age. Nick had the (dis)advantage of not being surrounded by drugs through his adolescence. It helped him stay clean, but it also made it more likely to get into extreme drug use later in life when that door opened up. A black man does not have that luxury(?). If a black man makes it to Nick's age and acts like Nick, he actively avoided such things.

This is, ironically, not a case of a "classist, two-tiered" justice system. It's the result of the kind of system most would prefer to exist. It's just unfortunate that certain racial/class groups are less capable of thriving in it than others for whatever reason, so it comes across as classist/racist. The biggest issue is a lot of us have seen what Rekieta has put out, and know he won't be reformed. But to the system, or at least to the remnants of the old system, you punish him further when he proves it by fucking up during probation.
