Careercow Anthony Cumia - A once successful radio host crashes and burns, turning on all his fans and the drama around it

For me its Billy Staples being booed off the stage in Red Bank, & Al Dukes sperging out after kissing a man “(unintentionally)”breaking Ants foosball table.
Fez in the coffin is the best if only for the moment Fez intentionally went quiet to fuck with the whole studio; and it worked flawlessly. It was the only time Fez really got one over on Ron, who deserved it 100%.

I never thought Opie and Anthony by themselves were that good, it was all about the guests on the show. I don’t think anything really matched it except the short lived Tough Crowd. You could not replicate that type of setup today, even though there’s been numerous failed attempts at doing so. It’s why I’m glad they never went through with an O&A reunion show.

All classics. I'm probably responsible for 1k views on each Fun With Razors (Fez Is Back) and Fez is grossed out by Dave's ex-girlfriend over on YT.

Both the audio and video versions of Ant's show with Jimmy are among the top four most viewed videos on WABC's YouTube channel.

I genuinely believe the active threat of the Opester trampling over a bit forced them to keep their jokes sharp and concise. More often than not, their performance during Nopie shows was abysmal - just like it is in their own content.
The best shows, in my opinion, were the ones when they had more than just the three of them talking. One comedian, one decent guest, one of the freaks, or even a producer to bash (preferably E-Rock) made the show good.

Anthony always ranted too much, Opie talked about regular shit too much (I don't care about the fucking Islanders), and Jimmy was basically their Fez who only chimed in when he had a personal comment or a bit to try. Sometimes the three of them could be entertaining together, especially when all three locked in and clowned on an interesting subject (e.g. mocking Captain Sully), but their strength was always the Cellar Crew showing up, torturing their staff, and some of their funny bits. When even one was out or disengaged, and when they had no guest, the shows fucking stunk.

Ron & Fez has more longevity because you can listen to thousands of hours and still not understand certain in-jokes. Fez's absolute lunacy would make a great case study. People still debate whether certain events were shoots or works. However, this makes it a greater time investment, and you won't enjoy it if you don't like listening to two best friends, who deeply love each other, begin to deeply resent one another without any ability to resolve it.

I've said this before in this thread but the funniest thing Opie ever did was one day Ant was ranting about Obama again and Opie faded in the Candy Crush music. It was so incredibly fucking funny after listening to Ant's Obama rants for months.

Opie always thought he was Andy fucking Kaufman with his cringe-on-purpose bits but he did not have the skill that Kaufman did in pulling that shit off. And even Kaufman failed a number of times. Too bad Opie didn't go out like Andy either.

Since the documentary was taken down on Beige Frequency's page, some collected it and made back up ones on these channels:
That is Anthony in a nutshell: he can riff on anything and has an endless repository of references to keep a bit going, but give him his own material to prepare or a monologue and he absolutely dies.

So of course he gets a solo show and realizes he needs a guest ASAP because he just isn't that interesting or funny by himself.
