Interesting that he's looking into Naltrexone (assuming that somebody didn't mention it to him and he's looking it up). It's used to treat opioid addiction (blunts the euphoria from using, curbs cravings), and also treats alcohol dependency in much the same way. It's not a wonder-drug that cures addiction, but it can be useful with other treatment options.
I don't think Ralph genuinely wants to get sober though, he's always trying to find loopholes and shortcuts instead of addressing the problems that actually fuel his addiction.
I hope he's using the naltrexone for alcohol addiction and not because he's addicted to opioids. There's a high risk of ODing when pairing opioids with naltrexone. The medication dulls the high, which leads to addicts taking more opioids, which leads to an overdose.
