If he's on quetiapine he is going to miss more shows. Xanax and Suzie Q hit way differently, and the latter has a massive 'hangover affect.'

Maybe it will affect his soul/personality so negatively that it will reinvogorate him like how integer wraparound happens.

But I've been more fucked up than Ralph plenty of times and I never thought I was talking to Andrew Tate or believed I had some sort of Olympic boxing career and imaginary plaques on the wall from my legendary Killstream interviews ect. in my stupor.

Seroquel in low doses is used to treat insomnia which the ralphapiggy suffers from. He’s already taking Ambien though.

Really not a good idea to add Seroquel to the pile of other drugs he’s taking and he’s bound to gulp down bigger doses than prescribed (IF it has even been prescribed) like he’s done with Xanax, Antabuse etc. Not good, piggy. Not good at all.
 
Idk why yall are theorizing about this he's obviously lying. He's pulled this same stunt like 3 times already just in the current "sober" arc.

-say you're getting sober for sympathy and to try to get out of jail free card for shitty behavior
-relapse
-deny relapsing
-realize it's obvious you weren't sober
-find some other drug that could possibly make someone appear to be drunk/on Xanax.
-say you took that instead and claim moral victory because it wasn't alcohol/xanax.

He did this with overdose of anti drinking medication, modafinil (of course has rare bizarro side effects) and now seroquel.

On the plus side I get to learn about a new antipsychotic or alcohol suppressant every week. It's like a word of the day calendar that stars an idiot.

Ralph speaks in length about the possibilities of death on this adventure for tax free trafficking victims; is probably going to go anyway but is paywalling it behind the 200th goal streak award. Ends the show at his normal 8 hour mark despite the goal clearly stating an all day and night fund.

Interesting that he's looking into Naltrexone (assuming that somebody didn't mention it to him and he's looking it up). It's used to treat opioid addiction (blunts the euphoria from using, curbs cravings), and also treats alcohol dependency in much the same way. It's not a wonder-drug that cures addiction, but it can be useful with other treatment options.

I don't think Ralph genuinely wants to get sober though, he's always trying to find loopholes and shortcuts instead of addressing the problems that actually fuel his addiction.

I hope he's using the naltrexone for alcohol addiction and not because he's addicted to opioids. There's a high risk of ODing when pairing opioids with naltrexone. The medication dulls the high, which leads to addicts taking more opioids, which leads to an overdose.

Ralph doesn't even mention Nick's sentencing in his stream title lmao. He's inevitably going to cover it when he's out of content, so I give him ~2 hours, but I bet it's gonna be quick and framed as a way to make Nick look good.
 
I can't understand the rapid decline of his viewership. Why aren't more than 227 people interested to hear what EmptyHero@SmegaKing has to say? It's a total mystery.
