What a retard. Even with a judgement and a judge telling him why he lost and the reason why he lost he still can't comprehend it. This retard needs a diagram or something to help explain it to him because he isn't listening to the words that was read back to him during the judgement.

In his mind, just having the cheating proof helped his case because Billy's reputation was already damaged by the cheating scandals and removal of his scores. So he thought that never addressing the core issue of the lawsuit would somehow nullify it and he threw away his chance at settlement as described in the video when Billy's lawyer contacted him.
He admits in the video that he didn't take the notice to sue seriously because Billy has sent several to him before.

Then the albino retard does a weak retraction by including it at the end of a video that doesn't relate to it. He thinks that by putting the retraction at the end of a video it will get the most eyes on it, especially if it is related to speedrunning and not about the subject matter at hand.
He made up in his mind that since he lost contact with Billy after not putting out a proper retraction that Billy was simply going to go through with the lawsuit. The lawsuit then shows up later.

It is nice for him to admit all his retardation on video and I guess he will file the video as proof for his appeal and it must be the greatest defense ever as told by his lawyer or AIlawyer he's using.

Lmao, there were arguments earlier in this thread because the news media was reporting that the lawsuit was about the suicide claims, not the cheating claims, and so people should have known the truth if they had read Australian news articles. Now he's trying to claim the reverse of what actually happened. Almost nobody was paying attention to the news media, and if they had, Karl's misrepresentations wouldn't have been as effective as they were.

That's common with YouTube, the numbers are seperately updated so often enough there's a large amount of desync between them which leads to these seemingly impossible differences. Nothing new and it's been a well known issue for years at this point.
