Kilmar Abrego Garcia is not and was not ever a US citizen, he is an El Salvadoran who entered the country illegally and remained because in 2019 a judge gave him a "withholding of removal", or an order blocking him from being deported to a specific country (El Salvador, ironically enough), due to threats on his life by local gang members

No, jury selection is already enough of a hassle as it is. Adding a polygraph is just more of a headache and they aren't even that accurate. All that is going to happen is people trying to get out of jury duty will try to purposefully fail a lie detector. If enough fail, then they either need to get a new batch of jurors or just use them regardless of their polygraph results.

Never played it. Besides, there was no "before Druckman" TLOU for him to ruin. It was always him huffing his own farts. Nor was it a particularly well-established IP. He made one game, everybody kissed his ass over it, and then he shit on it. Oh well. The list of good games with shit sequels is long.

2) killer admits it was him
3) killer used a knife long enough to reach the victim's heart, a deadly weapon.
3.5) the killer was illegally in possession of this deadly weapon at the time.
4) the killer was not legitimately in fear for his life, such that it would excuse the use of a deadly weapon.
5) intentional use of deadly force without justification is definitionally murder.
5.5) murder in the commission of an additional felony (illegal possession) is felony murder, aka murder 1
