I genuinely hope that you never lose a colleague or a loved one to an unprovoked Islamic terrorist attack but, if you do, you will understand why this point is fucking stupid. Muslims want to kill you. That's all I have to say about the subject.
I am sorry for your loss, truly. But it is you who is blinded by his quest to hate Muslims here, otherwise you would have realized by now that both me and Chop Top also hate Muslims. That doesn't put me on the side of Israel.

There was a whistleblower leak, with somebody from within the government coming forwards with detailing how the activity of DOGE has led to a significant cybersecurity leak. I have the full pdf file attached to this post, but needless to say... if these findings are true... the implications are terrifying. Let me give a quick abridged description of the document.

For one, when members of DOGE were creating user accounts in NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) systems, there were multiple occasions of actors from Russia attempting to log into these accounts, using valid credentials (usernames, passwords, stuff like that). The login attempts in question were made mere minutes after the DOGE staff had created the accounts, suggesting a severe security breach, one or some of the DOGE staff being a rat/s, or Musk's whole organization collaborating with the Russian government.

On top of that, the data DOGE exfiltrates from government organizations is done so towards unknown servers. So for all we know, confidential government data might've been directly sent out to US adversaries.

Another thing of note, while the team were preparing the pdf file for whistleblowing, someone had taped a threatening note one of the team's member's house door, with photographs, taken with a drone of them walking in their neighborhood. Indicating proof that there are actors wanting to keep this data breach discreet. For what reason or who is responsible, we do not know.

To get full detailed account of the events, I recommend reading the document in full. The implications of such high level security getting breached and the data possibly maliciously being exfiltrated abroad more or less means that nobody's data is safe, as DOGE would have access to all the data gathered on civilians by state organizations, from state hospitals to secret intelligence agencies. There is absolutely nothing you can do to salvage your data if you are an American, except pray that DOGE hasn't managed to check up on everything, or hope that Elon Musk and his lackies were competent enough to be beyond this from happening. Yeah I know, very highly optimistic outcome

I say you should just prepare the rope right now. HANG THAT NIGGA NOW.

Has anyone else noticed a slew of journoschlock articles saying Americans don't want factory and manufacturing jobs? I don't know about you but I think any young American being able to see the higher than retail wages regardless of if they didn't win big on the college education gamble and don't have a job to match the degree or if they decided to not fall for the college debt trap. Regardless it reeks of consensus manufacturing to say Americans don't want "dirty" industrial jobs
They had some poll showing that "only" 25% of US citizens would prefer to take a manufacturing job over their current work. I'm pretty sure we don't need the majority of the population working in factories in order to meet our needs..

Considering that they're complaining about "sensitive data from the NLRB", it's probably just some bureaucrat mad that DOGE made a copy of their data.

The NLRB is an extremely corrupt agency that does nothing except bully companies who dare to fight back against unions. They don't possess any sensitive information, though they probably have plenty of documents detailing their corruption.

I wish Hey Johnny Bravo would stop embarrassing themselves so often. They have a bad habit of doing this thing where they're blatantly overreacting and they just keep digging.
And you have a bad habit of only bringing me up in this thread when I call out Muslims for being the savages that they are.

Johnny, you are proving my point.

Well, we are heading to SCOTUS at a breakneck speed, as the 4th Circuit decided to go entirely off the rails in their latest filing. They denied Trump's motion to stay proceedings pending appeal, and said some truly insane shit.
This is why I am being so specific of the facts.
They are definitely off the rails, but one point is not clear to me - what is he entitled to in regard to being determined MS-13? Because of all the things you pointed out as outrageous or wrong, the only thing that is correct in that filing is that his affiliation with MS-13 did not come from an actual "due process". But idk if it is required, because...required for what? He came in illegally, so he can be deported anyway.

I am not too afraid of how SCOTUS will react, if their former intervention is any indication -
The intended scope of the term “effectuate” in the District Court’s order is, however, unclear, and may exceed the District Court’s authority. The District Court should clarify its directive,with due regard for the deference owed to the Executive Branch in the conduct of foreign affairs.

One question, what do you mean by this:
First, one attorney (since fired for incompetence) in an initial oral proceeding, does not the position of the government make.
I am taking the "mistaken deportation" from here https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/69777799/11/3/abrego-garcia-v-noem/
And I think that is what the filing is referencing.

very low chance of being anything. Elon Musk is not a Russian Agent, if anything he would be a CHINESE or INDIAN agent. Taping a photo to someone's door is also such a silly thing to do, and also 1. wouldn't deter the whistleblower and 2. create evidence of intimidation, making blowing the whistle even more effective. This sounds like a larp.
And you have a bad habit of only bringing me up in this thread when I call out Muslims for being the savages that they are.
Take that fucking nap my dude.

Just like how they say Americans don't want to work farm jobs, or construction jobs, or home repair jobs. No, Americans just don't want to work any job that doesn't pay slave labor wages. This is just another case of "If all the slaves are gone who will clean toilets". I work a manufacturing job and make 40$ an hour, it's the only reason I stay. It's fucking gross and my body is dying but I stay because I want to have money that isn't cashier wages. Laptop caste really is a correct term.

Please stop stopping at "slave labor wages."

We DO NOT want these jobs:

* With zero health/dental/vision insurance--especially the kind you have to wait 90 days to even get (but you are PAYING FOR IT)
* With zero EAP
* With zero PTO, or bullshitass 3 PTO days with expectation of severe ass kissing the employer
* With zero vacation time
* With negligible, or zero holidays--while the office people make GODDAMN SURE they will not be working
* With zero 401K option

It's not just the insultingly low pay--it's the absence of benefits and dignity too.

I can believe the Russians being able to break in the same way the Chinese did to the Treasury last year.
Compromised 3rd party software.

If they're trying to log in that fast after account creation then the Russians have been in the system for a while already.

As an illegal alien, he was entitled to a hearing with representation before an immigration judge. At this hearing, it was found that he was a member of MS-13, this is known as a judicial finding of fact. This was a finding by the immigration judge supported by sufficient evidence, was able to be challenged by Garica/his attorney, was appealed to the relevant court, and that determination was upheld. The docket is listed here, you'll find these documents attached as part of the initial finding.

The process that is due to an illegal alien was given to him, and appropriate to the context.

What exactly happens if the Supreme Court orders Trump to return the guy and El Salvador just says no as they almost certainly will?
They burn their political capital, pushing themselves to further irrelevance. Best thing for the courts is to get completely nuked, rebuilt from the ground up and ban any foreigner, or dual citizen from being a judge. Certain lawyers and others are hesitant but I say fuck it fire the Halo Ring, the judiciary has fucked around long enough to the detriment of regular people

Technically, the only judge not under the authority of Congress, is the Chief Justice.

They are right in that no American will do it for the wages that these companies have gotten used to paying out to slave labor both domestic and abroad. It seems unlikely, short of serious government interventionism and a sustained push on tariffs across the World, that this will change. Companies are legally obligated, via Supreme Court precedence, to put shareholder profits above all else. It is literally illegal for corps to do anything except maximize shareholder value.

In the end, though, as I said on the other thread, onshoring/return of manufacturing doesn't appear to be the goal of this trade policy push, even if that is the messaging being spoken by intermediaries and by the Administration itself at times.

Trump asks congress for a declaration of war against El Salvador to get him back and if Congress refuses to vote for it then the judge orders them to.
