Balldo Nicholas Robert Rekieta / Rekieta "Law" / @NickRekieta - Polysubstance enthusiast, "Internet shock jock" not-allowed-to-practice abortionist "lawyer", swinger, "whitebread ass nigga", snuffs animals for fun, visits 🇯🇲 BBC resorts. Legally a felonious, copyright cuck. End-stage career failure: normies know.

So, is he streaming today? :really:
He says he is, so probably not.

He went full Sarah Boone.
No wonder Nick refuses to practise law. One of the most basic competencies for an attorney is the ability to read a room and adjust their strategy accordingly.
Nick does the opposite — he’s incapable of self-awareness or reflection. The concept of critique, let alone self-critique, is completely foreign to him.

Imagine spending an entire year grandstanding — accusing judges, police, and social workers of corruption and incompetence; glorifying drug use as if it's some bold rebellion; and insisting that his actions harmed no one, despite those very actions causing his children to be a cunt's hair away from being wards of the state instead of staying with the grandparents.
On top of that, he actively antagonised witnesses and may have even committed offences against them.

And after all that, he walks into court and says things like, “I've always been called smart by everyone”.
No — The State think you’re reckless, arrogant, and in desperate need of being buckbroken into a semi-acceptable person.

Fucking called it! Said the judge was going to implement the recommendations of the Pre-sentencing report. Why the fuck would you ask for one if you're just going to completely ignore what it says? This guy just didn't seem like the kind of judge who'd do that.

Hah! Eat a big long line of nigger prison dicks, Rekieta. The world has got your number you obnoxious cunt!

Nick is dumber than the most retarded, violent, drugged up, career criminal nigger.

That's who Sean's standards are based on.
Could be that Sean is used to dealing with a larger population too. He’s in Cleveland right? So the court system is “murder, rape, arson, murder, murder, domestic violence, drunken disorderly , rape, murder“, whereas in Candy Yoshi it’s a ton of speeding tickets and other similar level shit and then you have Balldo. By contrast Balldo’s horrifying shit comes off worse in a small town and he’s doubling down on being awful in public.

hy the fuck would you ask for one if you're just going to completely ignore what it says?

In Minnesota, the report is mandatory in the case of felonies. Its only optional for something less than a felony.

Its possible to convince a judge to show mercy or to sentencing to less than the recommendations. But in this case, it seems to have been the opposite. The report was so bad that everyone moved to a harsher sentence than would be expected. That is kind of unusual to say the least. The judge additionally sending Nick to sociopath school - possibly beyond the report's recommendations - is also really telling.

Ah, it's pretty much the opposite here. Judges call for them when the offence would normally call for a custodial sentence and they get them to give the accused the opportunity to make the case for not going to jail. So if you can convince the probation officer writing the report that you deserve a break, chances are you can stay out of jail.

Fuck it up though, and you get what Rekieta got.

Yes. In 30% of cases the Judge deviates from the report and usually towards more lenient.

Stay of adjudication at the settlement conference 21 months. That essentially means the prosecutor was thinking 21 months or less. That report completely trashed that deal. We won't get to see the report, sadly, but msybe some transcript goodies.
