They worked just fine. Some relied on an engine that never had its kinks worked out, but they could easily have been re-engined. Problem was that priorities, and the war, shifted.are u sure they coulda actuslly work, or was it just a way to get more funding from hitler
Nah, it was an excellent bomber as well as an excellent fighter. The changes were limited to installing bomb racks.pretty sure the allies also hed jets (gloster meteor) at roughly the same time, they just didnt feel the need to mass produce them yet
because their existing planes could deal with 262s anyway, cuz while it had a higher top speed, it would take it a long time to reach it, and it couldnt turn very well because hitler ordered his guys to convert most of em into bombers, cuz he thought interceptors were too defensive and a sign of defeatism
it was a very good interceptor converted into a mediocre bomber
And the allied propeller planes couldn’t deal with the ME262 (or the Komet ME163 for that matter). In almost every dogfight they were outclassed or left in the dust as the ME262 just revved up.
The vulnerability, that they eventually exploited, was that it was very vulnerable during landing. That’s how the vast majority of losses happened. The 262 needed a long gliding slope in order to land.
LOL! They just can’t help being giant faggots. “Big pick up trucks do NOT belong in European cities!” My heckin’ wholesome public transit! Muh science! One of my cows shared a link to donate to buy Ukrainians a pickup truck:

Are those dildos on the coffin?!After USAID was canceled, I thought NAFO would cease to exist, but no. They still bury each other under NAFO flags in IKEA coffins.
