but what are the consequences for rekieta if he can't do 5 years of sobriety? additional jail time, heavy fine, or just have this on his permanent record?
Would that still mean he would go to prison at any time during the 5 years if he fucks up?
If Nick fucks up badly enough he could end up in front of the judge again, with his PO explaining how Nick violated his probation, and the judge could sanction Nick further, like mandatory rehab if he failed drug tests, mandatory proof of employment if he spends too much time sitting at home doing nothing, more hours of community service.

Or, and this is the extreme end of the spectrum, he could find Nick failed his probation and sentence him for the felony (which is currently stayed).

ypically doing probation is serving out your prison sentence but at home and supervized. Seeing it and of itself is a form of punishment, typically, if you fuck up 1 year into your 5 year probation sentence you usually only serve 4 of those years in jail. That said, depending on your offense the court can make you serve the full 5 years. In some cases the courts can also just extend your probation.
The probation does not contain any jail/prison sentence. (except the 30 days that can be deferred if he complies with probation)
He was not sentenced to 5 years of prison.

It would simply send him back to court on the stayed felony charge.

Watch dude start robo tripping. It's a legal way people on probation used to let loose a little, because the DXM is out of your system pretty quickly, and officers aren't looking for it. Worse comes to worst, feign a cold.

Nick is 1000% gonna go doctor shopping and spend the next 5 years jibbed up on vyvanse, sneaking drinks when he thinks he has a few days to flush, and smarmily telling everyone that probation doesnt work how you think it does, sorry.
He can try, but if his PO finds him zonked out on pills and prescriptions in the dozens, you can be assured it will end up in front of a judge and more things get added to the list of banned substances.

Most PO aren't half as retarded as you make them out to be. They know all the tricks.

And Nick has proven to be just as retarded as we thought he was, so he will go through Quora recommendations to find out how to cheat drug tests, base his strategy on a post from 2015 and get fucked over by 2025 testing regiments.

I dont think theres a "trick" thats going to let the PO overrule the doctor giving him 200mg vyvanse daily for true and honest ADD which probably caused this whole thing in the first place your honor, but you can at least rest assured that he'll overstep the line by habit and get himself in more trouble multiple times over these 5 years to come.

Nick doesn't have ADD; he is just a computer addicted, gooner faggot.
Correct. Surprisingly though, you dont need to actually have ADD to convince a strip mall doctor to give you drugs. I give it six months maximum before he is bragging about his legal pharmacy high on stream.

yup, and gonno reiterate that until the five years are up and the judge dismisses the charge, they could void his plea deal and recharge him. a real sword of damocles. if he somehow actually doesn't fuck up at all, that dismissal means he won't even have a record from this

Wrong. If you have a prescription you can buy more of that drug from a dealer without breaking probation
sure, you can technically buy and use more Adderall for example if it’s prescribed to you but if you’re on probation drug testing they will likely be measuring the levels of prescribed drug in his system. If it’s higher than the therapeutic amounts prescribed, he can be sanctioned. It’s a silly game to play. Also there are tons of fake pills going around so he may think he’s buying Adderall but get meth. Then what? 5 yrs is a long time.
Now, i'm a lazy motherfucker, but i wonder how long do we have to go back to have 80 total hours of streaming from nick ? Probably before the coke stream, right?

Man, those 80 hours of community work gonna be a fucking bitch on him, jesus
In some courts they allow you to “buy out” your hours for the federal minimum wage. I know there’s a Judge who is streamed a lot on YouTube in Bexar county Texas who does that. She would also take off like 40 hrs of community service for getting the Covid vax. It’s bonkers.

Also, what are the state of things with April? Is she happy still being the side piece since Nick is still married to horse face, I mean Kayla?

No, they split sometime in late 2024 when she moved out of the spare house that he later sold in early 2025. Multiple people (not Nick) have vouched that they are separated and have minimal contact. Unless they are bein very discreet (not Nick's MO, IMO), they are done.

Five YEARS without drink and drugs.

Good thing Nick was 'never addicted', can stop anytime he wants, and he never drank as much as it looked like on his show! Nick told me this, so he will be fine!

Yes I’m a little confused too.
Supposing the sentencing did not mention 30 days, and was just “5 years probation”.
Would that still mean he would go to prison at any time during the 5 years if he fucks up?
I thought that’s what probation meant.

No, the net 28 days in jail (not prison) is an adjudicated part of his sentence that is stayed at the discretion of the judge. Theoretically the judge could hang this over Nick as another Sword of Damocles. The prevailing theory is that it will be dismissed if he is behaved until August.
