No, they split sometime in late 2024 when she moved out of the spare house that he later sold in early 2025. Multiple people (not Nick) have vouched that they are separated and have minimal contact. Unless they are bein very discreet (not Nick's MO, IMO), they are done.
The only proof of life we've had on April is her getting the subpoena? And removing her social media, which somebody, at least with access to her accounts, did on Valentine's Day. Even Aaron was sketchy on air about her location, saying court records indicated she was at home, and Kanoe was worthless.

It's an odd turn. But if she did come to terms with the abuse Nick was likely doling out to her... Good for her for going dark.

She paid for court documents from her divorce, likely a certificate.
That is the most recent April activity. She has not had her "hunting accident" yet.

Nick's Locals stream snipe.
Coping a seething.

Nick also accused the foster family of sexually abusing his kid. That is rich considering that Nick and Kayla used to volunteer as foster parents.

"Trust me, none of you know the whole story of any of this."

Nick may be streaming again 3 hours after the time he ended this locals stream.

There's no secret mystery to why April is gone - The Party is over, no drugs, no partying, simple. Her cow dried up and Nick is absolutely worthless without the coke and money.
Actually April left because she accidently got pregnant. Abortions are highly illegal in Minnesota, so Nick had to pay for her to get one in neighboring Wisconsin. The recovery period is also long and grueling, that's why he had to sell the house to pay for her rental and groceries since she'll be out of work. Nick is such a good guy.

I thought the kids went to family? Was that not the case? And have they reported this sexual abuse to the police?
He didn't directly accuse the foster family - he said like "Someone involved in the foster situation" or something and it read to me more like he was accusing someone at CPS or the GAL. Aside from the fact that his lips were moving, you know he was lying because it was all vague implications and no direct claim or accusation. He didn't even say "molest" he said "made them feel uncomfortable" in some way that would really upset people if they knew the details.

What does that mean?

Nothing. It means nothing.

I hope his PO was watching. Nick is completely incapable of accepting responsibility for a single thing in his life. His explanation to the judge was "People always told me I'm smart", he began his little speech with the preface that it's ACTUALLY everyone else's fault that he dosed his kid with cocaine and failed to feed and clothe them.

Nick is just lying again as usual.

The person this filthy piece of shit is lying about should sue him for libel.

They were at Nick's maternal in-laws.

If I am triangulating correctly that it is the same person who Nick 'knows' reported him to police/CPS with the goal of 'interfering' in his 'relationship choices' with April, that they have to deal with on a regular basis, and who made the child uncomfortable, it MUST be Dan Sletta--Kayla's stepfather.

Dan seems to be the most decent person involved in this whole saga, and if Nick is slandering him like this, he most DEFINITLEY does not deserve it.

Nick is big mad at someone.

The faggot has literally committed federal felonies while waiting to be sentenced.
Lol right. I might be late on this one, but have we already discussed the Aaron Imholte "hacking" shit just boomeranging back into active charges such that it hammers him straight to jail on his current parole?

Quite a mess, Nick. I'd be stressed if I was you. But you're a super genius for whom neither sobriety nor drunkness dulls your razor wits. Lucky for you.

His [Rekieta's] explanation to the judge was "People always told me I'm smart"...
The hubris and grandiosity of that statement to the judge was galling. I've been lucky enough to know several people whose respective IQs put them at the genius level. One of them politely refused to answer when I did ask his IQ but his mother was present and proudly told me, as mothers do. Counter to stereotype, super-intelligent people aren't nerdy outsiders. They're grounded and funny and insightful, fun to be around. They challenge you.

But Rekieta? He isn't smart. I know smart. He's a petty, vicious, malignant narcissist and considers himself the smartest in the room wherever he goes, all evidence to the contrary. Jails are full of them. When he violates probation (and he almost certainly will) he'll just be one more.
